Hello Ladies.... you two are just chatting away... love it !!!

Well, here are my workouts from this week so far...

Monday and Tuesday - Zumba
Wednesday - High Impact Aerobics (what a killer class... not sure if I have the energy nor the BODY (lol) to do anything today.

9/27/13 - (first walk) - 62:03 mins, 4.13 miles, 676 cals.
(second walk) - 31 mins, 2.06 miles, 337 cals.

9/29/13 - 31 mins, 2.09 miles, 337 cals.

9/30/13 -(first walk) - 62 mins, 4.13 miles, 675 cals.
(second walk) - 33:03 mins, 2.20 miles, 360 cals.

10/2/13 - 92 mins, 6.13 miles, 1,002 cals. (walked longer since I didn't walk yesterday)

I have had a crazy busy couple of months since I last posted....my Mom was not released from hospice after all....she hasn't declined any more but her new dr. said no way should she be released! I'm so glad because there was not a big change in routine for her or Stepfather after all. Stepfather has had some health issues that are now hopefully taken care of. I think I might actually be getting close to have part of my life back!

My oldest son is building a house and it should be done in a week or two and he'll be moving out which means I will be able to set up my workout area downstairs again!

I actually finally got some indoor bike time today! Not as much as I'd like but I have lost every bit of fitness I had so I'm at beginner level again....I plan to pedal daily for 20 minutes to start and work up to more. Once I get my workout area done again I'll be able to do more exercises...

I've really missed posting in here! Hope all is well with all of you!

Linda - Congratulations on the Grandma status ... again... how nice.
Nice to see you posting and hugs to you for taking such good care of your family.

Del - you are smoking with these workouts (great job!)


Monday and Tuesday - I finally got a chance to do some Internval training on the Treadmill for 30 min and then followed up with lower body weights

Wednesday - Pilates tape

Thanks, LadyLove! This has been a difficult year for our family and it will continue to be for who knows how long....but we'll manage!

I did 20 minutes on the recumbent bike....glad to be able to do it but sad that my fitness level is so poor at this time...miss that strong feeling I used to have! I'll get it back!

Hey, TM Buddies ... glad to read your posts! Good to see all of you - Linda, congrats on having another grandbaby soon ... that's wonderful news... a friend of mine gave birth last Saturday to a beautiful baby girl, Laila ... nothing like new life added to a family!

It's been crazy around the house - getting ready to finally get the roof repaired on Wednesday, then replacing of the wall that is water damaged and a few more things around the outside of the house ... here we go!

Great job, everyone! Here's my stats:

Fri, 10/4 - 93:02 mins, 6.20 miles, 1,014 cals.
Sat, 10/5 - 46 mins, 3.06 miles, 501 cals.
Sun - rest day
Mon, 10/7 - 62 mins, 4.13 miles, 675 cals.
Tues, 10/8 - 92:01 mins, 6.13 miles, 1,002 cals.
Wed - rest day
Thurs, 10/10 - 75:01 mins, 5.0 miles, 817 cals.
Fri and Sat - rest days (pulling in back of my left leg - behind knee)
Sun, 10/13 - 65:01 mins, 4.33 miles, 708 cals.

Just a quick note of commendation - looking back, so many Buddies have joined and left - but you all have stuck with me and this post for years, through thick and thin - thanks so much - you don't know how much that means to me. Hope that you all are having a wonderful weekend!

Del... I agree with Kissa ... we aren't going anywhere.

This is really the only place I post and I like our little group (everyone is so supportive of one another).

I hope all the home improvement projects go off without a hitch and by the way your workout stats are quite impressive (keep it up).

Kissa - Italy... oh how I love Italy.....I haven't been in over 3 years but, I must put that on my list of places to visit yet again.

Okay, here's the verdict, TM Buddies .... the TM is out of commission for another 3 weeks! Hubby "broke" it on Friday (ha ha ha) - the walking board cracked straight across and it is inoperable.

In the meanwhile, I will have to find a DVD to work out with that won't aggravate my ankle bone that is chipped .... or, I will have to walk on a track in my neighborhood! Will let you know what's going on ....

wow Del... that is unfortuante but, look at you "keeping it moving"despite the circumstance. You amaze me !!!

I wish you the best with your workouts (DVD) - at least it will be some variety for 3 weeks.

Well, a few emergencies with Stepfather have kept me away from workouts and posting here....he's ok but needs to have another procedure done in the near future. So now I'm back to exercise again!

I did 20 minutes on the bike yesterday as well as 15 wall pushups....it's a start!

I'm having DH bring my rebounder up from the basement so I can get started on that, too. And I'm going to attempt some kettlebell swings...will keep that short and easy for a while.

I'm tired of not working out! I need movement back in my life or I'll never feel all the way better!
