Thanks, LadyLove! I can't believe Baby Ruth is 2 years old now!

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill tonight! Very slow but no problems with my legs or feet....I am so happy to have accomplished that! I'm going to go on there daily and work on time before speed...need to be able to walk for long times when we go to Disney the end of June...I'll work on speed in a couple of weeks...need to be sure I can walk without leg or foot problems first.

I have to figure out a few other exercises I can do for strength till I can do kettlebells again....I've got a few ideas but will have to try a few things before I make a definite plan.

Hey TM Buddies .... Linda ... glad to see you ... we miss you but totally understand and thanks for your condolences .... Baby Ruth is gorgeous!!! Great job on your workout ... slowly but surely does it!

Welcome Glenda!!! Always room for more TM Buddies! Ladylove, great job!!!

This morning, I walked 33 mins, 2.10 miles, 210 cals @ 3.7 mph on the TM.... the past two days, I took rest days .... finishing up some of my Ebay work and prepping for vacation .... I will be taking my supplies with me to work on a large order while I am away ... I have to complete them this month as I will be closing my Ebay store temporarily while I am on unemployment....

Getting ready to head to the j-o-b ... I should find out today exactly when my boss will be moving over to the other firm ... he wants to take me with him, but they already have secretarial help set up for him. He said he will put in a good word for me and wants me to come over to the office to set things up and meet the lawyers in charge... so we will see....

Did 20 minutes on the TM and 10 minutes on the indoor bike....slow on the TM but did experiment a little with speed and incline....won't overdo it but need to also be sure I get a decent workout even if it's on the light side right now. I pushed a little harder on the bike but for a shorter time...felt good to be pedaling! Going to try to do this daily and gradually increase the intensity of the walking...

worked out Friday including Treadmill. 200 cal/1.7 mi in 37 min.
Worked out today including Treadmill. 185 cal/1.5 mi in 30 min.
Usually I do it every second day but with Mom's Day tomorrow, I knew I wouldn't be going to work, out to dinner and Then working out so am getting it all in early.
This thread has really encouraged me to keep on exercising!

I really want to get back to my JM 30 Day Shred workouts on my off-running days, but with basebal and track season having been going crazy I have not been doing that. As a matter of fact I feel lucky to get my running done! But today is the last regular season baseball game and track meet. Luckily they are in the same town! Perhaps Sunday I can get back to my JM punishment .

Great job all.

Del - I hope the job works out like you want it to. It is difficult to train a new boss

I did Shred in the past ... and love it... I too may have to re-join you in getting back to my Shred workouts (these Insanity workouts are a killer but, the results are motivating).

5/17 - Insanity - rest day - No exercise
5/18 - No exercise
5/19 - No exercise

5/21 - Cardio Circuit
5/22 -Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs

Good morning, TM Buddies! You all are doing so well!!! Thanks for keeping the board HOT ---- In all the madness, this morning I am finally taking a break to post on the board!!!

Last time you all heard from me, I was getting ready to take a vacation! Hubby and I went to the Poconos for an extremely restful week! We worked out only once, as the equipment was not up to par --- things have changed in the aerobics department! So, on 5/15 - I walked 45 mins on the TM.

Came back home and I worked out:

Mon, 5/20 - Shaun T's Rockin Body Disco Groove - 30 mins
Tues, 5/21 - Shaun T's Rockin Body Dance Party - 45 mins
Wed, 5/22 - TM - 45 mins (forgot the numbers for now)

No more workout until:

Mon, 5/27- 20 mins (cut short) Rockin Body Dance Party
Tues, 5/28 - 30 mins Hip Hop Abs
Weds, 5/29 - 10 mins Rockin Body - Hard Core Abs
Thurs, 5/30 - rest day

Update - last week, when I arrived back into the office my boss told me he would be leaving this week .... my brother has been in the office assisting with the move - so, it's been early mornings at the job - today I will be packing my desk as I attempt to get a few documents typed up ....

The other firm where he is going has not really confirmed the day of the move - so, he's waiting for a call - he seems to think by Tuesday it should be completed .... it's really crazy .... the office manager in our office has arranged a van/messenger service to move him .... since we were tenants, it won't be a lot of furniture (just boxes of files and two computers) ....

So, we will see .... he told me yesterday that he will need my help from home (since I am not needed at the other firm) for a couple days a week until he gets settled .... anyway, got to go .... will check in and keep up the good work!!!

Good morning, TM Buddies!!! Yesterday, 15 min workout .... leg lifts, arm lifts, side bends, mini-crunches, stretching .... then, showered and out the door .... hectic week with the job move and all. I thought Friday was going to be it .... but he's still not fully ready - moving insurance issues regarding the building he's going to.... I truly believe that he will be moving next weekend ......

Anyway, this morning, I walked on TM for 46:08 mins, 3.02 miles, 548 cals. Got to get back on track ... literally.

So u care id I join you ladies? I used treadmill 4/5 times per week unless I mow the grass? Then I use that as my exercise, I also am doing Jenny Craig, I've lost 15 ponds and still have 50 to go. I started the day after New Years Day. I am also hypothyroid and after 7-8 years, the doc is having a hard time regulating it again,

It late, 12:16 am here in Ohio and I've been spring cleaning my kitchen all day, so no exercise for me today.

Mine needed a mAJoR overhaul!!! I keep going out and looking at it!

I'm DRAINED... I need to revamp my exercise program and tighten up my eating if I want to stop recycling the same ole win/lose pounds.

So, with that said... I'm taking this week off to RE-GROUP.

I'll be back next week and hopefully much more FOCUSED.

Sorry I've been MIA again.....life has just been so hectic lately....I haven't been exercising as much as I'd like but I have started doing the 30 squat challenge that's online....I'm breaking it up into 10 at a time throughout the day for now....also doing step ups to balance the squats....bike time in between all that. I hope to get my strength and cardio capacity back up to where it was before all my health problems started. It will take a while but I'm determined to get there...I've missed being in here!

Hello TM Buddies ... have been so busy with my job's move, early a.m. arrivals, mental frustration, etc. that I have not focused on checking the board and posting.

I am getting ready to walk out of the door and still haven't read any posts Just wanted to say hi.... and I have been walking on my TM (sparingly) .... will post numbers soon. I know that you all are doing a great job .... keep it up! Miss you all but will be back soon... have a great day!
