This morning I did 30 min of Leslie's 3 mile abs work out. That was 1.5 miles!!
Not sure if I'll finish that tonight or do Leslie's yoga tape.

Rest day, my muscles are really sore from some toning workouts I have been doing along with the walking, so I decided to do nothing today!

Hi everyone! Can I join you? I did Leslie's 5 mile fat burning walk yesterday and today. Tomorrow will be my day of rest. I need to get back on track with eating right and exercising after the holidays.

Good morning everyone!!
I plan to do Leslie's 3 mile abs when I get home this afternoon. I didn't get to do any yesterday, as it was a super busy day for me. Got to work early and home late. My body sure is hurting, but I am still going to "put on big girl pants" and do at least 30 min today.

I didn't like the number on the scale this morning so I decided to do a 5 mile fat burning walk again today.

Rose I like your knitting comment. I knit and crochet and agree that if you're doing that you can't be eating. LOL
