This morning I did 30 min of Leslie's 3 mile abs work out. That was 1.5 miles!! Not sure if I'll finish that tonight or do Leslie's yoga tape. Happy walking!! |

sorry to head. You have sore muscles!! But I agree that a day off is a good idea. I will probably be sore tomorrow, but I still want to do at least 30 min. |

Hi everyone! Can I join you? I did Leslie's 5 mile fat burning walk yesterday and today. Tomorrow will be my day of rest. I need to get back on track with eating right and exercising after the holidays.

I plan to do Leslie's 3 mile abs when I get home this afternoon. I didn't get to do any yesterday, as it was a super busy day for me. Got to work early and home late. My body sure is hurting, but I am still going to "put on big girl pants" and do at least 30 min today. Hi Tammym!!! Welcome!! |
I didn't like the number on the scale this morning so I decided to do a 5 mile fat burning walk again today.
Rose I like your knitting comment. I knit and crochet and agree that if you're doing that you can't be eating. LOL |
