I did Leslie' s abs walk this morning . Could only do 30 min (2 miles) but will work my way up .
I had fallen on ice and I am just now able to get back to working out .

ok - I have been planning to do Leslie's walk DVD... for the past two weeks.. and have NOT done it.....

but..... today I put it in and I did the one mile..... about killed me... no not really... but I do water aerobics (WA) at my health club every day... from 45 min to 1hr & 15 min.... so I was a tad tired today... but I did it......

so today..... 1 hr & 15min WA and one mile walking... hurray....

plan to do both everyday...

I am going to Michigan on Feb 19th for my granddaughter Abby's first birthday and my grandson" Kyle and Derek birthdays (why my sons had their children in the winter I will never know ) so I want to look better and fit better in those darn airplane seats...

and I know that walking and doing my WA will help me alot...

have lost 12 pounds since the 1st of Jan... so I am on a roll......

and with posting on this thread... I WILL have to do my walking every day...

so thank you for posting this thread....... I know it will help me....

Did the 3 mile today!! My back/hips aren't liking me very well, though. I wil take it easy (per dr instructions) but I still want to try doing at least 1 mile/day.
So, this brings me up to 6 miles for the month of Jan. not too bad, considering I haven't worked out in months!!
I purchased some wireless headphones I can use on my kindle, so if I want to do a video in the evening and the TV is "busy", I can do one off of YouTube in another room.
Everyone is doing such a wonderful job this month!!

yesterday I did 50 min water aerobics and one mile of leslie tape

today have done 1 hour of my WA and will do another one mile with leslie...

Re-injured my knee, so most walking was out. Anyway I started back yesterday and I'm hoping for at least 50 miles this month. I need to be more regular with wearing my knee brace, but it bugs me after a while and I don't put it on.
