I will send some warmer weather to you all... Michigan sounds like it is getting bitter cold weather..

well did not walk yesterday... my hip still hurting a bit....but I did do 1hr and 15 min of my water aerobics

today - did one mile of my walking tape..... hope to move to 2 miles soon... but sure not really for that yet...

and will be taking off to do my WA - will shoot for at least one hour..... with is being cold here now... that warm water will feel soooo good....

sounds like everyone is doing a great job... hope to one day match y'all.... will be working towards it.....

Wow Heather 5 lb hand weights!

Two walks today for a total of 8 miles. Had to bundle up so much it felt like I was carrying extra weight lol and my hands were still cold. Come on spring!

Did another hour of Leslie Sansone. My dr wants me to take it easy due to my back/hips, so I am trying to do it at least 1-2 times per week. Not too great for the month of Jan. this puts me at I believe 2 full hours and 6 miles. But on good days, I'll be walking!!

well, I have been doing my water aerobics every day..... but not my Leslie walking tape.... I think I pulled something for my left hip hurts when I have been sitting and getting up.... but once I start walking I feel better

so I will try the waling tape today... and really the hip does not hurt when I do it... just have to get up and do it...

doing my water aerobics does not hurt my hip at all.... just wish it would get better..

sounds y'all are doing a great job... keep it up

Hi Everyone! It's been quite awhile since I checked in, but I have been walking. Can't remember what I last posted, but I got in 15.5 miles this past week, and 22 the week before. I'm hoping/planning for a good week this week so that I can have at least 75 miles for January.

Nice to be back. Looks like everyone is doing well!

Editing: I just realized my goal of 75 is not very realistic. I was thinking I had a full week ahead of me to get this done, but January only goes through Thursday! So I'll aim for 70.

Got in another mile this morning on the treamill. I am trying to just be consistent and I want to do a mile every day. I would like to get 31 miles in here before the end of the month so I need to get my behind moving to catch up. On a non walking note, it's my 51st Birthday today!

I got in a 5.75 mile hike yesterday, and also realized that I should have no trouble making my goal of 75 for the month, because I had totaled my numbers up incorrectly, and I'm actually closer than I thought.
