i was going to put my totals in my sig, but i don't see how to do that. do i have to wait 60 days for that option to show up?

i walked 2.9 miles saturday. oops! i was scheduled to do 2.5, that was my next increment for rehab, and i misread the route i had mapped out. well, i was pretty happy i made it, as i haven't done that walk since October, when i experienced a setback in my rehab. i was sore sunday, so i didn't walk, and just did my hip exercises. i had a rest day coming, anyway, but i don't like to use them, since my limits are so modest right now.

hubby and i have a 2.7 mile hike in a local park planned for his birthday today, and now i know i can do it.

Lynn, you are inspiring. my rehab goals have me back up to 4 miles a day in December. but if i can manage it sooner, i sure will!

YEs, not a lot of time online. well, mostly on FB when I should be doing laundry, etc when kids nap. bad. took the babies out too see a couple of daycares.

gimpy and sore after my walk yesterday. glad it was only 2.4 miles, instead of the 2.7 we had planned. happy that i have logged more miles in January already (21) than i did in November (19). my rehab is progressing.

Cheated today Weight training at the gym 70 minutes...18 machines... I am hooked...

Lynn I may have high walking mileage but it is absolutely the only exercise I do and though I am on my feet and lifting a lot at work I don't really move around much so my walking is it. I find it is also my stress relief, meditation time, and often my only outdoors time. Thank God for walking!

Day off work today so 2 walks of 4 miles each. Feeling great!

Shunsweets, I am not happy I have not been walking as much... I can't get in the miles like I was doing...But I am trying too get in the walking/weight training...to make it s good mix...
