You might want to check out Kelly Coffey's DVDs, jeaniem. She is having a one-day Special on New Years Day where we can get her DVDs for $9.00. They're pretty awesome and there are different levels so if you're a beginner, no problem.
Google CoffeyFit for her web site. She has short DVDs showing what each consist of so one can get whatever level we're on. Kelly is doing this to get us off on a strong foot for the New Year. Pretty cool that she would do this. Most of her DVDs have to do with weights, but then also has cardio 30 Minutes routines also. |

Believe it or not jarring like jogging/brisk walking make my shoulder hurt. Leslie Sansone and moderate paced walking seem to help a lot. After I do one of these types of workouts I get more range of motion in my shoulder.

I am restarting with her videos too-she has an HIIT one I think it's the 1 mile run one-you run gently in place in intervals.
