Busy day today, did AM Callanetics and a KCM workout with weights this morning, and as much of PM Callanetics as I could remember tonight.

Still need to sit down and make a listing of the exercises in each workout so I don't have to fumble around so much. No great crisis if I do something extra, but I find it annoying to miss some.

Twyla, thanks very much for your kind post. You have been on my mind this week, inspiring me, as I increased my exercise, getting out my rebounder again, after too long of a break. I so appreciate your dedication to taking splendid care of yourself.

Best wishes to all for happy Callanetics miracles!

Deserving!

And thank YOU.

I am so blessed and fortunate to have discovered Callanetics back in 2005. It is my go-to workout for toning, strengthening and flexibility, regardless of where I am. I can always count on this workout for integrity and results and "healing." We both have discovered the beauty of this Magic (miracle). Isn't life good?

Twyla, thanks. Callanetics do work a kind of magic, don't they? Callanetics have given me a way to take good care of myself, and the effects are cumulative, immeasurably wonderful. I like your words: integrity, results, and healing. Every day a routine that works miracles for me. Sound principles, exact technique, loving approach, all add up to a quiet, extraordinary joy. Thank you, Callan!

12th Session for the month done, and well into 13th. I have fallen behind my one-a-day goal, but haven't given up my target yet!

13/31 & 14/31

13th and 14th callanetics sessions for the month done. Still playing catch-up, but on a roll today. Hoping my muscles aren't too sore tomorrow. Had a really bad back at the beginning of the weekend, but all this callanetics has completely cured the back pain, as well as making me feel both virtuous and peaceul, lol :0)

I'm new here and I'm interested in callanetics. However, I am obese at 190 lbs and was wondering if I could get the same kind of results doing callanetics as some of you are experiencing. Has anyone this obese done the program and obtained good results? Thanks in advance.

Well I am 5'7 and 277lbs. Started callanetics at beginning of august. (combined with low-carb eating) have done 14 sessions and as of yesterday, I have lost 11cm from my waist. Also my butt is looking nicely rounded and tight and uplifted - much prettier effect than before, lol. These exercises are relaxing and addictive and intense all at once. Years ago I went from a size 22 to a size 16 in 3 months. Am hoping to replicate that effect. I have tried lots of different things - there is no other exercise like it. Make sure you take measurements, becos there will be a difference!

checkin in for hour 4. Still 6 more to do for this month. I need to do less yoga and gym workouts the coming 2 weeks to make it.

hello all. I have been gone for 5 days and it feels so much longer. I woke up last Friday and decided I needed a break. I was just tired. Around Monday I started feeling bad that I was not exercising but woke up today feeling ready to get back after it.

I know this is a journey and I will not change my body or habits over night, so I am okay giving myself a break as long as I get back on it!!!

I agree about it being a journey, don't waste time paying out on yourself. You've gotta be your own best friend. All we can do is the best we can from now forward. Nobody is perfect, and life gets busy. Good on you for picking up again. I find EVERY post from someone else doing callanetics inspiring, whether they are aiming for 2 or 10.
You Go Girl! :0)

I don't have any specific advice, apart from it doesn't matter where you start, as long as you do. Though if you've been away from it for a while, maybe not super callanetics top begin with. Good for you!

I'm back in the Callanetics mode. I go on holiday in a couple of weeks so I thought I better up my sessions. One hour completed today
