calories or carbs?
Which one should I be paying attention to burning? I'm on lc, and I usually burn 170-300 calories a session on the bike. I'm not really taking in a lot of carbs...I just am not sure which I should be more worried about.
Thanks..and I hope my question makes sense. LOL |

you can't choose to burn carbs per se, so don't worry about it. your body will do whatever it does when you exercise. there is no way to "focus on" burning anything in particular. it's been shown that most bodies are very good at regulating metabolism and eating so that exercise doesn't result in a net loss of calories. but you get lots of other benefits from it.
