Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.... low carb style.
Any feed back on this program is appreciated. I have been told that this one runs along a low carb line..... anyone have and use it?
Wow... o.k. .... it came. Now... after I ordered it and heard how many squats and lunges there were I had second thoughts, do to a foot ankle issue and called to cancel (next day) of course it "had already been mailed"...... she said to just refuse the package and they would then refund my money when received back.... well... was out of the office and delivered EARLY this a.m...... opps. Now I can take it to the post office unopened and return it that way they will not charge me the shipping and handling or........... lets just say, looking at this package makes me want to open it.... I could always return it and eat the shipping and handling or sell it on ebay if I dont like it... they are some selling for more than Jillians site was asking.... weird!!! Just dont know what to do.... I am curious....

Yes........ only to see it and really everything inside (the meal plan and the dvds) were also wrapped... I did not open them. I decided to just return it so I joined the tape back up and sent it back.
With cost....+....S&H.... PLUS TAX since I am in Ohio...the cost came over $150. and I decided I am trying to get out of debt..not further in. So, I sent it back ...figure if I truly am motivated.. I know low carb works so I need to get off my big butt (for the uptenth time) and just do it. |

Sweetpoison, I read the other Jillian thread also and knew it was too intense for me - I hit 70 years young in Jan. However, in reading those posts I saw where she has her devotees exercising twice a day.
I liked that idea so thought I'd pass it along to you. This way we and others like us can do the exercises that best benefit our individual bodies even if it's just walking to start out with. I've been doing moderate carbs along with the CLA/GLA combo, but have been falling off the exercise part due to being tired from sleep problems. Although I don't have a lot of weight to lose the fat is all around my middle and upper body which is a symptom of bad things. Good luck.
