I'm curious too.

The shorter workouts of the Brazilian one is tempting me but I know a lot of people LOVE Zumba. Which one feels less like a "workout"? I really hate working out but am trying to find something that's more "fun" and doesn't actuall feel like a "workout".

I would go for the Brazilian Butt Lift... I have the Zumba DVD's and HATE them. I bought them before I ever tried a class just assuming I would like it since I LOVE dancing and dance type workouts. I personally find Zumba really boring. I've taken 3 different classes and hated them each time. I haven't tired the BBL DVD's yet since I'm currently doing Turbo Fire. I might try it next tho.

Well, after watching the infomercial again I just broke down and bought the Brazil Butt Lift. Should get it by the end of the week. From what I've read online it includes more toning than Zumba. And I know there are Zumba classes in my area so I can always go try one out if I want to try something more dancy/cardio.

I do not like Zumba or BBL on dvds but LOVE the Zumba class at the gym.

I agree that doing the Zumba Dvd's wouldn't be near as fun as an actual class. I'm a Zumba instructor, so I'm partial

I've done 4 days of the Brazil Butt Lift and I can definitely feel it! My butt was so sore for the first 3 days and that was just from doing the Bum Bum workout on day 1.

So far I've done Bum Bum, Cardio Axe, High & Tight & Tummy Tuck. I'm not real into Cardio Axe but that's probably because I have no rhythm, especially when it comes to Latin music. I've only done it twice so I'm far from getting the moves down. But I like the others and found Bum Bum to be pretty tough for such a short workout.

Keep us updated on how you like it! I'm tempted to get it to try but I'm getting ready to start a round of Turbo Fire next week!

Well, I did the first 2 weeks of BBL according to the calendar (pear shape one) but did not work out at all last week due to work being absolutely crazy. I will start with that week again on Monday. Anyway, I haven't been following the diet or any diet for that matter so I'm not seeing the scale go down but I do think the workouts are working. After only a couple of days I passed the pencil test. My butt does seem to look a little higher but the one thing I've really noticed is that my thighs don't seem as dimpled! Maybe I'll actually wear shorts this summer!

I like all the leg workouts (they're tougher than they look!) but not really the cardio one. But I'm not big on Latin cardio dancing. After I finish the first schedule I will probably sub out other cardio for that one.

There's a pencil that comes with the set. You put it under your butt cheek and if it sticks that's not good. You re-test after 2 days, a week and then after the first month and hopefully the pencil doesn't stick. It's a good sign that your butt has lifted!

How is the Brazilian for people with bad knees?

Anything more than a brisk walk and I'm in pain.

There are a lot of lunges in the Bum Bum video but maybe if you don't go as low as they do you might be okay. The High & Tight one has about 15-20 minutes of floor work that is done on the knees (bent knee lifts, straight leg lifts, that sort of thing). IDK if that is bad for someone with knee issues. The sculpt video is mostly upper body with not much leg work at all.
