Anybody Want To Be A Treadmill Buddy 2012

Wow, the New Year came in and I am forgot to start the new thread. Here it is! Thanks, Ladylove, for reminding me ....

Start posting TM Buddies!!! Let's make it a great workout year ....!!!

Here's my stats:

Tues, 1/10 - 45:01 mins, 3.0 miles, 526 cals.
Weds/Thurs - rest days
Fri, 1/13 - 50:01 mins, 3.50 miles, 550 cals
Sat/Sun - hair salon and rest day
Mon, 1/16 - 46:01 ins, 3.07 miles, 520 cals.

Been very achy in lower back and left hip areas ... I know that I have osteoarthritis but the best thing is to exercise - so, I am still moving .... have a great day TM Buddies!

Weight before re-induction - 12/2/05 - 167 lbs

I did a good walk or two on my vacation in Austria and yesterday I got back to the gym for the first time this year. Lovely Zumba class.

I am loving my JUDDD way of life. I was only up a few lbs after the vacation and they have all gone plus a bit.

Hi TM Buddies! I'm still having foot issues but will just have to deal with it and hope they go away, the meds from the dr. didn't help so I'll stick with Aleve for now.

I got a message from trainer guy yesterday that he wants to get the classes started Monday the 23rd! Yay! I'm going to do some kettlebell work here at home to get ready...I wish I had been able to keep it up in the fall when the classes ended. Back to square one I guess!

Found out yesterday that my DH has to have knee surgery (not replacement, just a scope to repair torn meniscus) on Feb. 9th. He'll have to be off work 2-4 weeks....he's going to go nuts because he's normally very active!

Hi, TM Buddies .... we're finally all together again... glad to see you ...

Great job on the workouts .... Linda, it's been a little rough for you but hang in there!! Big hugs coming your way .... glad that you're continuing the kettlebell workouts ... sorry to hear about DH .... the situation reminds me of the time when my hubby's back went out and a few months later ... mine went out ..... I guess that what a "Soul Mate" is .... best wishes for the both of you!

Today, I walked 45:03 mins, 3.0 miles, 509 cals. - I've been walking at 4.0 mph to give my left hip a break ... between the left lower back and hip ... it's been slowing me down a bit.

Of all times, I am getting LOTS of Ebay baby shower orders .... this is going to be a busy weekend for me and next week, too .... babies, babies, babies ... I love them! Have a great day and will be checking back later!

Yes, busy IS good .... Great to have the whole gang ... you all have stayed and proved yourselves tried and true with me, and each other, through good times and not so great! Just want to say thanks for the motivation, inspiration and encouragement you interchange .... it means so much to me!! [sniffle]

This morning, I walked 45:02 mins, 3.0 miles, 508 cals. @ 4.0 mph. I've slowed the speed down to see if there will be a little relief for my lower back and hip area. Will let you all know ...

Good morning, TM Buddies!!! You are on the MOVE!!!! Here's my stats:

I took the weekend off.

Mon, 1/23/12 - 30:01 mins, 2.0 miles, 339 cals.
Tues, 1/24/12 - rest day (Ebay work in early a.m. before leaving for work)

I am home today - doing Ebay work this morning and will walk later this afternoon. Will check back later...

(By the way, I purchased OsteoBioFlex - which is a supplement that I've seen advertised - I am happy to say that I am feeling some joint comfort in my lower back on the left side - it is a form of Glucosamine Chondroitin .... we will see if it continues!)

Class last night was a killer but I didn't do much kettlebell work...had a twinge in my lower back and he said to be safe he would give me alternative stuff to do...it was harder than the kettlebell stuff! But it was a great workout...I felt like a pile of jello when I got done!
