Class tonight was the usual torture...in a good way, of course! We did double kettlebells plus pushups and ab work....I do my pushups with my hands on the windowsill because I can't do it on the floor.

I also did some PT exercises....she's going to give me more to do each time I go...I'll probably have to go for a few weeks more.

TM Buddies - haven't worked out yet - basement is still airing out - hopefully tomorrow morning .... hubby opened windows but it's still got that watery musty smell ....

As far as the allergist ... yesterday was so pleasant - very nice office and humble doctor ... anyway, it's confirmed - I have allergies to tree pollen, grass pollen, and of course, dust .... (typical). He gave me prescriptions for oral, nasal and eye meds .... I told him that I am not big on taking meds .... but I will fill the scripts ...

Last night, a close family friend told me that liquid Vitamin C works for their children ... I will check that out ... have a great day everybody and keep up the up the good work!

WOO HOOO - the board is HOT!!! You ladies are working it!!! Here's my stats (walking slowly at 3.0 mph due to body aches):

Mon, 4/30 - 35 mins, 1.75 miles, 213 cals.
Tues-Thurs - rest days
Fri, 5/4 - 35:01 mins, 1.75 miles, 214 cals.

This is crazy and challenging for me - last night - I stumped my toes on the right foot on the edge of my dining room chair (OOOUUUUCCCCHHHH) - but I was determined to walk as best as I can ... you all give me the MOTIVATION and the STRENGTH to keep on moving ... looking forward to walking tomorrow .... eventually, I'll be back up at 4.0 mph .... have a lovely day and weekend!

I, too, hope everyone had a lovely weekend ... I took more rest days but did work out yesterday and today - the toe is healing and the back is holding steady .... I am trying to get into the swing of things ....

Here's my stats:

Sunday, 5/6 - 52 mins, 3.03 miles, 354 cals. (@ 3.5 mph)
Monday, 5/7 - 50:20 mins, 3.0 miles, 348 cals. (@ 3.5 & 3.7 mph)

We had a great weekend with the family! I'm still tired from all the fun!

I had my class on Monday....we did an easy class (well, what he calls easy! LOL!)....it was hard for me after so much time in the car on the weekend and not a lot of physical activity while at my son's house. Class again tonight...hope I can do it!

Off to the dr. for an appt. about my foot again...it's a follow up appt. but I have new issues again so we'll talk about that, too...so tired of this!
