Fight Club Workout

I'm working on getting into similar shape that Brad Pitt was in for Fight Club. Everything I have read says diet is more important than exercise.

What I have found so far is the diet melts away the fat on its own and the workouts tend to sculpt the muscles.

I'm trying a combination of cardio and weight routines.

It's interesting that the harder I exercise, the more hungry I get.

What do you guys recommend eating after a post-cardio workout?
