Sorry I was away for so long!
Life kind of went like that for me LOL
Last week I mostly did OK
MON. walked the dog aprox 1 hr, Tues OFF Wed. walked the track and some Elliptical aprox 50 min Thurs Zumba 50 min Friday dog walking again aprox 1hr. Sat and Today off.
I really need to add at least one more day of something but it just seems like everything else wants to take my time! LOL
Hope all had a good weekend and start on Monday with a workout or walk of some sort.

OK, I'm back! Walked my first mile in 15:13 (so close to a 15 minute mile) and walked my 30 minutes for 1.79. My thighs feel like they are on fire

yesterday Belle and I walked! Hurrah, usually Tues is an off day because of commitments most of the day but I decided I would try and fit it in and it worked.

Awesome ladies! I always find it strange that the elliptical is really tough for me to do even for a few minutes!

I walked last night for 27 minutes. Hoping to do it again...but crazy here.

yesterday (thurs) was Zumba Day even got to do a dance to Thriller! So much fun and who cares how silly I look!
Already walked Belle for aprox 1 hr today.
Sherri I like the elliptical to replace running, which I hate. I keep the resistance low and the incline low and just go for time.

My new exercise goal is to just do something (usually some Callanetics or a walk) every day. No more stressing about a monthly goal, it ends up making me feel bad if I miss it and work seems out of control right now (sucking up all my time). I just do something, some exercise, every day!

Did some light weights during Biggest Looser tonight now I will see if my shoulder has problems as that is why I stopped doing weights

aprox 30 min on the track brisk walking and 30 min on the elliptical today
Didn't like the one I had to use at my Fitness Center it was messing with my knees
Today the shoulder is OK after I took some Bayer Back and Body early this morning LOL

I feel like a bad penny! Thanks for all of your good wishes which I will save for a later day. My husband called me at lunch and shared the good word that he has WORK thru the end of December < whew >.

I didn't share earlier but we were gonna have to move into my in-laws until things got better for us! Now I had to share my miracle with y'all. I love my in-laws but really don't want to be room mates

I took the weekend off due to stress and TOM -- but I walked 30 minutes Tuesday and Wednesday.

Sherri...so happy for your miracle! I picked up another big bucket of pecans today! I'm so happy we have so many this year! Cathie...I wish I could send you some through this computer! I just walked forever around Wal-Mart too. That's all I can report for the entire weekend. Now the time has changed here and it will be dark before I get home from work. This is when I either have to get out the Walking Away the Pounds cd's or start walking during my lunch time. I'm glad I just typed that...I'm going to put my shoes in the car right now for tomorrow!

Oh Cathie it seems so early for snow!

I took a few days off for a mental vacation. Walked for 30 mins today, will try to up it to 35 by the end of the week.

Good news - I dropped 2 inches from last month!
