This thread has been going a while but I would like to join in if it's OK
I try to get in 5 days a week some sort of workout Sunday a rest day and usually Tuesday I am so busy I can't get it in but I try.
As long as the weather holds I will be walking my dog, Belle my lab mix, Monday and Friday for about an hour, Wed 45 min on an indoor track so my grandson has day care, Thurs Zumba about 45 min and Sat walking or elliptical for about 45 min.
Today was my Zumba day and had fun with the class.
Looking forward to checking in each day!

Now size 16 buttoned and zipped w/ almost no muffin top / started the 14's and major muffin top!onward and downward!


Found out that sizes aren't all equal working on my other 16's NOW Zipped and buttoned with much less muffin top and I can wear them in public

Taking a break today after 19 consecutive days of "just doing something". My knee is bothering me that I hurt a few years back while mountain hiking, and I too tossed and turned all night. Back at it tomorrow,cardio and some light weights.

Cathie- It was beautiful here today as well in the afternoon. I was able to get out for a very short walk with the little tyke I babysit.

Sounds like an off day for all of us We took a day trip to the mountains and although the foliage wasn't at peak it was beautiful. My DH was a great sport driving me to 3 different covered bridges (not sure I should say 3 more like 2.5, lol).

After 500 miles I should be on the treadmill but I've got my pj's on and am gonna go lie down on the sofa

Wow!! Y'all are still doing great!!!! Welcome Cathie!!! I haven't been here in awhile! I've been visiting with my twin sister who's been here in AL from CA for almost 2 weeks! We've had a wonderful time but it's way past time for me to get back on plan!

I did walk to the end of the road and drag the big garbage can back home so that's a start!

I didn't realize that my avitar changed! It said "upload failed" so I didn't figure it worked! It's my small town post office in south AL and they are going to close it on Dec. 3rd so we took pictures this weekend!

Wish I could report some exercise.....does teaching my 10 little girls at church tonight count!

I'm terrible! Wonderful time Friday nite, yesterday I was just plain exhausted and today I have lifted my 20 lb grandson many times - so I'm hoping that counts towards that "something."
