Yeah..........6 weeks after GS was born, she wondered what to do.....she was back at 102!

I wish.........................but not complaining today. Scale dropped to 185. 6 more lbs and I would be at my year-end modified goal. (Modified when I knew too much time had gone by to make it into the 160s)

Bow-flex this morning then my rounds in the building

since i have been here we have taken on a apartment managers job in a 15 floor high rize with 106 units

lots of cardio

Karen....all of that stretching I did two days ago....my rotator cuff on my right arm is killing me now. I am such a wimp! ugh.

stretches hardly compare to planks! I do like that you always do your "something" in the morning. I just have so much to do already getting everybody and me out of the door and I do a lot of stuff ahead the night before. I could get up even earlier but I will have to think about that first!!

DH and I always watch news in morning. So I do my excercise during so DH feels that we are sharing quality time

I have found I canalways find ten minutes if I want to.

I am going to do a goal for December.

5 Minutes per day or more of something that would count as "extra" activity above and beyond daily routine.

Along with that, I have set a goal of losing 4.5 lbs, to be 180 on December 31st.

Haven't done anything extra yet today, but this will hopefully encourage me to do something while watching TV, at least. I have weights there, or could touch my toes while listening!!!!!

Are you keeping moving for 5 minutes?

I have been, but it certainly isn't making the scale do anything. But I am getting up better in the mornings. Not sure if that is the excercise, though

I agree I feel better, but struggle with finding the time to do it. Working on that. I do ok for a few days, then get distracted (busy) and drop the excercise.

I just joined the YMCA and i have decided to go back to tread running till spring and im going to train for a 1/2 marathon.

want to do one before im 50 yars old

20 Squats per day for last 2 days. Did 20 this morning. Maybe again tonight.
Not a lot, but my legs are sure sore.....
