You'll like the wii Mel 7 If you don't feel like going all Bob Harper any one day - it can get you going. You set your avatar up to look kinda like you and give it different outfits - hahha. Then do the 30 day Challange or just do whatever - you get trophies too.

We still need to get the balance board - but we've had this for maybe going on two years and don't REALLY need it. There's so much that is has to do anyway.

Want to check out one of the Biggest Loser CDs for it - the one that had the avatars from the Players a season or two back.

We love our wii too. I need to get some fitness games for it though. We have just dance and that is a serious workout. I do it with my kids and it is a lot of fun!

newmomtx, great job on your Supreme 90!

Walking's wonderful, just if I did it, I'd have to slather on the sunblock yadda yadda yadda - so in the long run it's just easier to stay in a get that exercise.

all of you amazing exercisers! You're all doing great!

I've been subbing at the high school this week and haven't had as much time or energy to work out. But dh and I are both off today and we have plans to put up another purple martin house and a bat house. Then I have lots of transplants to set out in the garden, raised beds and a flower bed to weed, and more seeds to plant in the seedling trays. It'll be fun exercising farm-style today, right, leisha?

Dgs has a wii. I've tried it and know it would be fun for the dance and fitness programs. Maybe someday... And I would love to be able to do water aerobics. Not until I decide to rejoin the health club -- or it warms up enough to get in our pool.

Let's all keep moving!

Farm-style exercise today -- helping dh drop two purple martin houses to place decoys on them and raise them again and install a third pm house with the decoys already attached, install a bat house on the barn, plant my bean transplants and weed a flower bed. Would have done more, but it started sprinkling on me.

Now enjoying a nice, quiet night at home for our 44th anny -- we went out to eat for an early celebration yesterday since we were already in town for a meeting.

Have a great evening, everyone, and do something!

I love my Wii, especially when my DH hula hoops, it's hilarious!
Another day at the pool completed, 25 minutes of kick drills, I can definitely feel myself getting stronger, yay!

"Farm-style exercise today" I'd love a bit of that - sounds like a good hard honest days work -

" love my Wii, especially when my DH hula hoops, it's hilarious!"
I know right? Most men just don't have that hula gene - hahhaha

Today - me and the wii are doing upper body stuff. Saving my knee for the State Fair. Arthritis puts a huge cramp in my style... I can go gangbusters one or two days and then pay for it dearly as in walking like Festus on Gunsmoke or a 101 year young woman.

Hi Ladies!

I am currently doing Chalean Extreme. I finished the Burn stage last month and am currently in Push. I have decided to veer away from the program a bit on cardio days to keep it fresh.

Today I worked out with Jillian Michaels. She pushed and encouraged me thru Banish Fat Boost Metabolism.

Exercise Minutes - 50
Calories burned - 434

I feel guilty, but I think I need a rest day. My muscles are on fire, I pushed through my workout today but I'm afraid I'm going to do some damage. I got some Tiger Balm, I'm going to see if that helps...
Friday: 20 min kick drills

domestic, please do take a rest day and don't feel guilty about it one bit. Your body needs the break.

I did insanity pure cardio and cardio abs. One hour of non-stop sweating!

Texas....sounds like a very productive, exercise filled day! I'm been watching for the martins too. Next week is when the first one showed up last year. We have tons of bats and it sure keeps the mosquitoes under control here!

Our 24th anniversary is coming up on the 14th. 44 years...that is wonderful! Congratulations!

I REALLY like it. I already have more tone and definition (even DH noticed) and I am only on the 2nd phase. I am currently using 5lb for warm ups, then utilize between 6-15lbs depending on the muscle group, tho I see an increase in my future

This morning was CLX Push 3 plus 1 mile on the treadmill.

Saturday: took the day off, my body thanked me for it.
Sunday: 1hr 15min cardio (30 min treadmill @ 3.0-3.5 speed, 0-4 incline, 45 min of intervals on the recumbent bike alternating between resistance levels 1 & 4) I am still sweaty, and sore... ugh.
