Stacey are u watching the game today ? My left cap is feeling 100% right one..little sore Did the Jillian M knee cap warm-up before running and then came home and did a bow-flex session have to make sure i get back to taking my 3 glucosamine a day too |

Yep, we are watching the game. My parents are coming over and we are chillin'! I really don't care who wins, but I like the giants better than the patriots. Well a lot better!
I am enjoying my day off from insanity. It starts back up tomorrow and I am looking forward to it. |

I did not to bad Mel....heel hurts a little but i'm going to plow through little at a time...burned a couple of hundreds calories..lol
I'm with you when it comes to glucosamine....i take it in liquid form it's more concentrate...the capsule wasn't doing it anymore... Have a great super bowl evening girls...i really don't care for it... ![]() Last edited by mommy_gates; 02-05-2012 at 12:49 PM.. |

everyone! Happy Superbowl to all! Whether you like football and are watching it now, or will just be glad when all the hype about it is over! Leisha, I'll be right with you on the Farmer's exercise thread! Yesterday I did my 20 minutes on the Treadclimber and a session on the Bowflex and today another 20 on the Treadclimber. I'm keeping the time the same but slowly upping the speed. I'm also upping the resistance weights on the Bowflex gradually.We, ddil, dgs all met with dh's sis, her long-time bf, & his dgd for dinner last night in Goliad (the Texans among us Remember Goliad, right? ) and we all ate too much. But it's back to plan today! ![]() Dh and I both sub at the high school tomorrow and Tuesday, but I'll try to get a little workout after we get home. Also need to transplant veggie seedlings into larger containers until I can set them in the ground. Everyone have a great week and get those moves on! ![]()

productive weekend!
Did Supreme 90's Tabata inferno cardio on saturday and Shoulders & arms on sunday. Tabata inferno is intense! My thighs are still shaking even after 2 days.
No such luck for today's stressed & rushed monday morning; still managed to squeeze about 10+ mins of callanetics. Hoping to finish it off tonight |

even tho i dont work..well outside the home
i have always had to do my workout in the am .. i know if i put it off something will interfere when i worked i would get up 1 hour early to workout..cause YES by the end of the day i was pooped.. |

Gosh, I'm in. Need some accountability lol.
Today, wii and a 20 minute workout on an easy setting. The one with a 2.5 minute run and a variety of upper body toning stuff. Then hopped onto the eliptical for a fat burn of 20 minutes. Better than nothing. |
