Perhaps you are not a morning person????

I don't know that I have a particular answer that will help but I saw mentioned elsewhere on this forum a website called Body Rock. Every day there is a new (free) 10min workout vid uploaded. I am seriously looking into this myself to complement my ex prog, but perhaps you could try it just to get back into the morning routine?

Alternatively, you could try a week of promising yourself some ultra indulgent breakfasts as a reward.

My main motivation personally is that I like the changes in my body that exercise brings - superficial but true!

I do it by selecting activities I enjoy. If I had to force myself to do things I didn't enjoy I would end up stopping them eventually. So I do one or two strength training sessions per week and then try to do walks and hikes during the week when I feel energetic.
