Exercise every day until it becomes habit...May 2011

Evidence shows that regular exercise can:

2 mile walk yesterday and 2 today.

Ran this morning

ordered the bow-flex we pick it up friday

looking for a exercise bike too

dug out my workout video's from storage and im going to try and get back to something ever day

welcome back.

I did over 3 miles yesterday but came home to a painful left heel.

I'm not sure i can walk today. If not, back home w/ the babies. They were given 3 shots yesterday. So far, did good last night.

Mel, congrats on your run even IF it was in the rain!

today is a house cleaning day

Sunny lake-side run for me this morning and tryed out the new bike..

biking is hard

i will have to start out small and work my way up

I started walking at 9:45am and walked in the door at 4:30pm -- whew, long day!

i did my couch to 5k program with some nasty weather and really it doesnt bother me
NOT running as much as i was cause we live out of town and we have bear and such to deal with right now BUT moving back to town July 31

Day 1: Turbo Fire: Fire 45 EZ Class 15 min :blush: MAN that's a fun & upbeat DVD but hard on this OLD body.
