At Home Free Weights
Once upon a time...there was a girl who knew how to use her free weights. She had a routine memorized and even followed through with it every other day. Then there were some evil carbs, a move, a busy busy life without exercise, and she put down those weights. The weights were so very sad but they sat there waiting for the day she would pick them up again.
So....I have to actually go get them still. But what moves should I start with? Anyone have any suggestions? I don't remember what I used to do (it was too many years ago). Any good websites with either a list or demos that you would recommend? Thank you!!!

I didn't really know where to begin with weights so I started with workout dvds that would show me. I started with Kathy Smith and Cathe Friedrich. Now, I have quite the library to include Tony Horton and Jari Love and more....
