Tapping in the dog days of August

July-Tapping Our Way Through Summer

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tapp is a series of copyrighted, sequential movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment. Its special sequence of comprehensive, compound muscle movement helps establish better alignment as well as increased strength and flexibility of the spine, better neuro-kinetic flow, lymphatic function, and increased metabolic rate. Its physical therapy approach to fitness makes it safe for those with shoulder, hip, knee, neck, and back concerns. Yet, it delivers a challenging workout for all fitness levels!

T-Tapp's preventative wellness workouts deliver results inside and out. Instead of just focusing on burning calories and fat to lose weight, T-Tapp concentrates on helping the body rebuild digestion, assimilation, elimination, in addition to improving lymphatic function and neuro-kinetic flow. Increased energy, mental clarity and overall health immediately improve as your body tightens and tones. Faster inch loss occurs because muscles develop like girdles so they can uplift and cinch in target areas of concern. That's because T-Tapp develops long, lean muscle fibers with strength and flexibility for greater muscle density instead of muscle bulk. In fact, T-Tapp can redesign bulky muscles into lean, dense tissue! Best of all, this type of muscle development helps support the spine and joints in a rehabilitative way. Many injuries occur due to muscle imbalance, but with T-Tapp muscles are always built with strength and flexibility. It just happens that this type of muscle development also increases metabolic processing for higher burning of calories and fat even when not working out! Last of all, T-Tapp is a left-right brain, mind-body workout. Most have heard the phrase "if you don't use it, you lose it" but with T-Tapp it's never too late to rebuild fitness and health. Come discover "Yes You Can" with T-Tapp and FEEL the difference while you try some sample movements for free.

More Than A Workout!
T-Tapp...
Is done without weights, equipment, or jumping!
Is very rehabilitative, especially for the lower back and knees. The movements look so simple, but they provide a workout like no other.
Works all layers of the muscle at both attachments to develop muscle density instead of muscle bulk.
Is more than a mind/body workout! T-Tapp is a left/right brain, mind/body workout.
Is where less becomes MORE! Instead of working long and hard, discover how quality of movement can be more important than quantity.

Thanks for starting this thread!
I did my BWO+ today. I can feel my back pulling in parts of it, but I was careful. I'm still kind of sore now but I know I'm getting better.

I got up late this morning and thought that I would just do PBS. Got started, got into a good sweat right away. Hate to waste that, so I did the whole thing.

Have a great day!

Bev, good for you for doing the whole thing!

I did my BWO+ this morning. My back really feels 90% better but I'm thinking that maybe I'll do Instructional 2 next week instead of TWO. I'll see how I feel after the weekend.

Hope everyone's having a great day!

Hi Ladies, just popping in with my busy schedule. I am in a softball tournament this weekend. I applaud your continued success with tapping. I haven't tapped at all this month. Its been so crazy and I am living in the land of boxes until I move on Friday. Ugh. Once I move I am going to start tapping again.

Hope you are having a great weekend.

I am hanging in there Bev. I am itching to tapp though. It's just impossible in a sea of boxes. Lol. I am starting to panic about moving. Its a lot of work and I have to paint my new bedroom too. At least a couple of ladies on my ball team volunteered to help me paint it. I couldn't believe they offered. I have great friends.

Angela, that's so nice of your friends!

I just did my TWO. Max is off school this week so I'll be working out during his nap, I guess. Now I'm just hoping my back behaves itself! It was a little sore yesterday and this morning but it feels okay right now.

Hope everyone's having a good day!

Hey there! I just did my BWO+. Back still sometimes feels a little off but it's so much better, and I didn't have any ill effects from TWO yesterday.
How is everyone else doing?

Yep, Been getting in my morning LB BWO+ and then cleaning all day.

We are in the mix, getting ds ready for college. He goes next Thurs. Not sure what my reaction will be. I'll probably cry a little and celebrate a little.

Have a great day!

Hey, my clothes are fitting better. THey were getting tight as I had some time-since Christmas of not so good eating. I also was eating to many glutin free products. So, things are going better-smoothing out. Yea!! I love t-tapp.

Still doing my LB BWO+ 5 days a week. Love it, love it!

Good for you Bev!!
I took yesterday off because I had a migraine but I did my BWO+ tonight. I was wavering but decided I would go ahead and do it because it's short and there was no reason not to.

Great job, Gaets! I've not been working out because I am feeling lousy health-wise but am planning on starting back up tomorrow. I feel all scratchy throated like I'm getting a cold and am trying to make it go away.

Just waving hello as I am passing through. I have a moment here at work. I have no internet or tv at home right now. The cable company managed to mess that up. My move was disasterous. Well not actually the move but the condition the tenants left my parents townhouse in. Disgusting. I cannot believe people live like that and with two 10 month old twins. Yuck! It took me all day Sunday to clean the kitchen including the oven, dishwasher and walls (at least she cleaned the fridge). The washing machine took me 1 1/2 hours alone to clean it. The bathroom was another all day project and I am still not 100% pleased with it. The grout is not coming as clean as I would like. It smells like wet dog too. Ugh. Okay enough complaining now. I just have a lot of work to do and hopefully I can start tapping again next week.

Whoa, Angela,
I am sorry. That does not sound like fun at all!! DH and I clean houses for a living and we have seen a few places like that. The stuff made of nightmares.

That's funny. She cleaned the one thing in the kitchen you could not see-the inside of the fridge. It takes all kinds.

Hang in there.

Took the last child to college today. Yahoo! It has been 11 years since the first one left. Now we get to be home alone. I think we can handle it.
