Healthmom, I just love that
One of my cats does that as well, but it gets quite painful at times

Hi there

I'm new, as of this morning.... my DVD 10 in 10 arrived yesterday so whilst hubby was sleepin I got up & did my first hour... my legs are already sore but we cycled 15miles plus yest so that mite also attribute to it!

I'm very keen to get back into this as had the book in 2004 & worked hard but have since been lazy & therefore now whale like!

Love reading & seeing everyones successes....hopefully that will be me soon!

Aiming for a min of twice a week for month of April

callanetics classes

Hi Sandra

Do you know if there are any callanetics classes in London?
If so, can you please send me the details?

Hi Aga,

Unfortunately there is no one teaching in London at the moment. There is a teacher called Catriona who is based in London but she is not doing any classes at the moment. I'm based in Central London but I'm not teaching either.

There are a couple of teachers in Essex and one in Maidenhead. I know it's a bit far from Central London but if you just need someone to check you are doing the exercises right then it's worth visiting them even if it's only once.

Callanetics is starting to get popular again so hopefully there will be some classes in London soon.

Sorry to disappoint you

Hi everyone! I ordered the Evolution DVD from ebay and Im waiting till it arrives.

I was wondering if the Evolution triceps exercises are good and if the results are noticable? I was doing the triceps exercise from 10 in 10 for a few weeks and my arms didn't improve at all :S So I ordered the Evolution dvd and Im hoping those exercises will work better on the triceps and inner thighs.

Umm, Wow!
I was only able to pulse for 80, but even at 10, what it was doing to my body was apparent! Loving it!

You may want to add to your routine some dips and pushups. Both are body weight exercises, no equipment needed, and do wonders for the triceps.

Logging in hours 6 and 7 from 10/10. Completed 7/15

I've noticed some changes in my hip and bottom area but one side seems to be shaping up a bit better and fast than the other . . . is that normal? Should I do more on the slacking side?

Logging 5 hrs.
Super C and CC arrived today but I decided to put off using those until week 3 post partum. I am finally beginning to realize that I am HUGE and pregnancy is really beginning to be exhausting. Thank goodness I only have a little less than a month to go (max!). The pelvic hip rotations will be so much easier once I dont have a 30 lb belly to swivel.

Keep going ladies!

Just finished 3 out of the 10 for April's challenge. Question for you....do you do the whole hour at once or spread it out over a day or even a couple of days? I find it's easier for me right now if I spread it out over a day but I'm concerned I won't always have time to do this.

I do it all at once although spreading it out through the day might be more helpful to me. I do know that there are people that do it in the am and pm.

Logging 8/15 this am. It was hard to get going at 4:30am. I usually do it at night after the kids are in bed but baseball practice starts today and then skating so no time tonight

Thanks for the advice! Today I added dips to my callanetics. I did 3x10 but maybe I should do more? How many reps do you do and how often per week would you advise? Thanks in advance!
