Thanks Sandra for starting this thread, I was just waiting for this!
I have been out of the challenge since some time now, due to other distractions. I would like to start again this month and I am aiming for atleast 10 sessions of callanetics, either 10/10 or cardioC. Hope to make it happen this month! Happy Pulsing! :) |
Yay! I finally get to complete a full months challenge!!
March goal: 14 hours |
I haven't been posting too much but I'm still keeping up with my Callanetics. I'm going to step up my goal this month and try and do Callanetics every day :)
|
I'm excited to start at a whole month. My goal is 16 sessions (every odd number of the month). Next month I'll do everyday like planetbenjamin, that's awesome. But this month, I know I'm gonna have the soreness.
Best luck, everyone! |
Gonna shoot for 12 for March.... we get to start walking this month with the time change!!! WOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO
|
Terri you scared me with that! I had to go and see if I missed the time change this weekend or not...! I'm always caught off guard with that.
Okay, I'm in for 16 this month.... Let's pulse everyone!!! |
I've been counting down the days to the time change and am absolutely thrilled it's March now...we can't walk at night here with the critters and no sidewalks.
|
I am in for a minimum of 10/10. Still having back issues, but I am out of work now so I should hav more time to get it done.
|
I am also in for 10/10. Completed 1 of 10 today

Thanks, Sandra, for starting the thread!
I'm in for 10 sessions (again ;)). I've been failing this year, but maybe March will bring some changes... |

Hopefully I can get in 10 times, at the minimum, this month.

My daughter and I just started today. We did the Quick Stomach today and will do Quick Hips tomorrow. I plan to alternate the two of these for now.
I am open to any tips and suggestions as we start. :) |
Hi I am new to Callanetics, but have already done my first 2 hours of 10/10. I plan to do 15 sessions in March (even # days). I have some questions, if someone could please help me.
1. Is it ok to do every other day? 2. What if I cannot complete every excersise in the video? There are a couple of things in there that I just am not strong enough for. So I sit there feeling helpless because I'm skipping that part. 3. How long does it take to start seeing results? 4. What can I do to tone my arms, upper back at home? Thanks for any advice! |
checkin in, about to do my 8th hour of 10/10...for those of you asking about doing it daily, I have done it everyday since I started and I feel just fine, just adding my personal experience. I already see myself pulling in, and like a lot of women out there, I am experience bunching fat in my stomach, my stomach fat seems like its in my way more...I am going to start jumping rope again to see if that helps. Is there any other demonstrations of the ab work other than clips from the original video? Sometimes I feel like I might not be doing it right.:dunno:
|
I was on schedule last month until the last week when I got strep. :(
for this month I'm not going to set a goal for how many hours I'll do. I have a busy month ahead of me. I've been doing evolution and enjoying it a little more than the 10/10, though I have been doing the abs 10/10 style. I am seeing results, especially in the glute area... Being rounder and a little higher. :). For the rest I think itight take a lot more weight loss to see a difference. Pi |
ok did my 8th hour, I'm so pumped about Callanetics I'm wondering what video to get next so i can mix it up. Can someone tell me what they think are the main differences and advantages with Cardio Callanetics and Evolution?:D
|
Off to a grand start.... finished 1!!! lol :)
