core fusion - thighs and glutes

Is anyone doing this workout? I did the pretzel segment today and found it difficult to get my leg moving. Anyone else have trouble with this?

Try to lift the back leg and its hamstring lockdown. It's not just you, but it will get easier if you keep trying.
