my hip keeps popping!

so i'm doing the free ttapp exercises on the website, and my hip keeps popping! it's not painful, but i'm worried. i am going to the doctors in the next month or two and i will mention it for sure, but i'm wondering if it's because i'm usually so sedentary. it's also mostly my right hip. thanks!

Mine does that when I do high knees or other similar exercises. It is limited to my right knee and I asked my Doc about it and she said it's nothing to worry about. It is really loud sometimes and spooks me a little as well.

I would still ask your Doc when you get the chance, it's always a good idea to discuss these things with them.
