Tangerine,
Thanks for the welcome, I did dust off the old tape and it was quite a workout. Thanks Carol |

Question:[B] I do the 10/10. Sometimes I have difficulty with the ab exercises. It seems like I am toning my upper shoulders (and its creating tension there) when I do it. I'd hate to give up the awesome toning of callan's abs exercises, but I struggle with tension in my neck and shoulders. Are the ab exercises different in the Evolution or any of the other videos?

Starting my Callantics Challenge...Again
Last year I completed about 40 hours of the 10/10 video program across two two month periods . I saw some great results but didn't quite get to the point that I had hoped. I still require quite a lot more toning of the legs, stomach and the hips. I think that the reason for this may be because I did not incorporate enough cardio. So today I am starting the Callanetics Challenge again but trying to combine it with Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Your Metabolism. I am hoping to see greater results than the last time that I tried. Fingers crossed.
