Mel!! Bravo!! Way to go with your new distance goal for November . I'm about to move from level 1-2 to level 3-4, and the ab workout goes from 100 reps to 200

Vicki - There's one guy that I really, and I mean REALLY can't stand... that Barry guy from Barry's Bootcamp there's something about his voice... I don't even know what he says, the tone of his voice is so nasal and feminine... I only saw like 10 minutes of a DVD of his because a friend of mine was doing that program and she was stoked. It gave me a headache!!

I will be posting my menus by the end of the day. So far I've had a big cup of coffee with HWC and 2 packets of truvia (I like my latte very sweet!)

Happy Halloween, RocksTars!!!

So much for my menu today...

I had:
Big cup of coffee with HWC & 2 pkts of Truvia
Several spoonfuls of faux potato salad (shredded hard boiled eggs, chopped cauli, minced celery&red onions, garlic salt, pickle relish, mayo, mustard)
Buffalo wings!!! (from my fave takeout place - carb-free sauce yummmmmmmmmmm!!!)
1 gallon of water
2 diet sodas

I'm eating induction style, so I've been good today.

Day 23 is in the books. Let's keep rocking it!! :clapping:

Made it... I will post the menu each evening... I have a walking goal and a biking goal and I want to see just how many miles I can do on the bike and treadmil for this month.. THEN in December I want to beat them...

I plan on riding the bike every morning and walking in the evening.. Lifting weights now every other day... THe only days that will get me are The first and second weekend in November, I will be away from home refereeing the khols cups for soccer... SO I will not be in charge of what meals gets fix or what is available to eat.. I will be at the mercy of the house cooks...

Really looking forward to this MONTH...

Lets move it Move it...

Day 26 is in the books!!! Yaaaay!! Almost 1/3rd of the way. Today I added the first two rounds of the Plyo Circuit from Insanity. I had forgot how BRUTAL it is. I did it right after my strength (talk about glycogen depletion ), and then I did a round of jumping rope with Michael Olajide, probably about 5 minutes. I'm liking that burst of plyo cardio after my strength... let's see if I can keep doing it when I step up to Level 3-4.

Spaghetti squash... yummmmmm!!! So delish. Vicki, I've never had chia seeds with my shakes... Does it make it taste different?

Mel, your steak night sounds like a plan to me!!

Today I had:

Big super sweet latte (truvia&hwc)
leftover faux potato salad, I added real bacon bits
leftover buffalo wings (5)
a nut meal and carrots muffin (I made a batch for my mom)
And... behold... A Scotch egg!!! I finally made a batch of these and I see myself becoming addicted. Very filling and yummy. Also, I like the fact that they seem to be really portable

Let's keep on movin' movin'!!!!

BF and I did a Howl at the Moon 5k fun run/walk Sun. night. It was a great night for it. We walked of course. My time was 45:18 I know I could have done better but I held back for BF.

I took yesterday off and today went to Y for wt machines and elliptical.

Menu so far today:

chicken enchilada soup and salad

supper, not sure yet. Soup and veggies probably

BeThin, I haven't seen any of the Biggest Loser this season. I guess I am not much of a TV watcher.

I did a DVD this morning Core Fusion. Man, was that intense. I haven't had it very long and I think this is only the 2nd time I have worked out with it.

Helloooo gang!!

I've been very busy with work these past few days. I made a big batch of scotch eggs and that's what I've been eating, along with steamed veggies.

I've kept on working out... day 30 is closer and closer!!! I did Powerstrike 5 instead of the usual Sweat 1-2... my.... I was so pumped!! It's a great workout!!

Mel- I'm SO stoked!! I see my body changing and it's exciting. I'm really curious to see the results for my day 30.

Vicki - Thanks for the info about chia seeds. I recently read some article and it seems that those seeds have a bunch of good stuff. I will be buying some and add it to my shakes

It's great to see that we all are still at it!! Way to go rockstars
