Anyone Think of Hiring a Personal Trainer?

It seems everyone I meet everywhere either has a personal trainer, had one, or wants to get one.

Most of the time people just blindly hire the first trainer who talks to them in the gym or follows the recommendation of a friend but both those methods are not the best way.

I created a systematic guide to the process of working with a personal trainer.... I hope it helps anyone with personal trainer issues...

YA, me. It was so costly I went online to NASM.ORG and became one myself. Not to train anyone really but to gain the knowledge.. I am pretty self motivated....

That's a fabulous idea, unfortunately most people aren't very self motivated. So has the stuff you learned with the NASM cert helped you train yourself? Please let me know I'm very interested...
