Kickboxing

Hello,

I just bought a kickboxing video by Jillian Michals of the biggest looser and was just wondering if anybody out there has tried kickboxing and if you have can you tell me how you liked it? Was it hard to do?

Thanks

I love kickboxing and have tons of videos although I have not tried any of Jillian's. I really like Janis Saffel's kickboxing videos and some of the Taebo ones. Also some of the 10 minute solution boxing ones are great too. When I was in the best shape I did KB videos about every other day w/weighted two pound gloves!

What's the name of that dvd? I love kickboxing workouts and I love JM! Let us know what you think of it after you do it the first time.

I love Jillian's version - it's a fun workout. It's not really kickboxing though, more of a cardio kickbox, but that's probably what you are looking for.

The moves are not hard to do. You can just kick lower than what they do on the vid, or just go a little slower so you can work on your form.

Kickboxing is a great cardio and core workout....

Take it a step further and get a BOB (below) ... it will be a lot better a workout if you're actually hitting and kicking something and you will be a new favorite with your relatives, nieces and nephews, etc.

Oh my gosh. That is so great. I have a slam man that can work the same way.

Thanks for reminding me.
