Yeah, I love Fat Blaster. It's a really good workout to mix things up and to also boost your weight loss. I found that if I did it at least once a week, then it would shock my body and release some weight. First time I did it I nearly died, but I felt so good afterwards.

I used to get migraines before I had my wisdom teeth removed and they were horrible.

I didn't exercise last night, but I kept my eating good. Eggs, eggs, and more eggs, plus some plain yogurt with mashed fresh fruit. My teeth have been so sore from the braces that I can't really bite down on anything. I couldn't seem to get full yesterday.

I missed breakfast this morning, but I made myself a spaghetti squash lasagna for lunch and dinner. That was easy to eat and gave me some calories while keeping the carbs fairly low. I'm having a snack of plain yogurt with more fresh fruit again tonight.

I also got in my 30DS tonight. The cardio is definitely getting easier. I think quitting smoking helped with that - I can really tell a difference in my breathing already. I'm still not able to do all of the push-ups, but I'm no longer feeling like I'll throw-up during the workout. I'm looking forward to measuring again at the end of the week and hoping I'll see some tiny changes.

How're the rest of you doing?

I sympathize on the braces. I definitely remember the intense pain the first 3-4 days when I had my braces put on. I still have my braces on (two years later), but the pain only lasts for a day or less after I get new wires put on. Not so much that I can't eat most stuff though.

Hey All,

I managed to get in 30DS (Level 3) & BFBM ! I was not feeling it at all today...it took every ounce of energy for me to workout !

30 DS: 3/8
BFBM: 3/8
NMTZ: 2/8

I haven't been eating well at all...I barely ate anything yesterday I was out until about 4pm and when I got home I had a bowl of Kashi Honey Sunshine and a piece of toast. Around 9pm, I felt like I had never ate anything in my life and I had half of a sandwich and some water. I probably drank a bottle and a half of water all day ! So in a nutshell my eating yesterday was and today wasn't much better...all I have had is the other half of that sandwich and 2 bottles of water .

I may do an hour of Callanetics tonight and a BL workout tomorrow morning, but we will see. I wasn't too happy with my BFBM performance today , I know I could have worked harder . I really think the lack of fuel (food) contributed to my poor performance, hopefully we can get this eating thing back on track.

Thanks so much for your care and concern regarding my migraine Jacki ks and Acor ...I really appreciate it .

I may take measurements tomorrow, but I already feel bloated so if I do I'll be sure to post.

How is everyone doing?

Thanks Laura! I had braces when I was a young teenager, but I'd forgotten how much they can hurt. They're a little better today so hopefully I'll be back to normal tomorrow.

I can't believe you aren't feeling well and haven't had much to eat and you still managed to do TWO workouts! You rock! I hope you'll get back to eating normally, though, so that you don't make yourself sick. I'm sure you need the extra fuel, especially with the intensity of your workouts.

I did good today. Breakfast and lunch were eggs with cheese, had some soy bacon (softer than real bacon) with lunch, too. For dinner, I had more spaghetti squash lasagna. I think I actually like this better than regular lasagna with noodles. As usual, I also had plain yogurt with fresh fruit.

Got my workout in this evening, and I'm still staying away from the cigarettes. Working out was hard tonight for some reason, but I made it through okay. I still hate exercising, but it feels awesome when I get it done. I'll work out again tomorrow night, but take Sunday off, I think.

Happy weekend to you all!

Jacky, I'm exactly the same with wanting to eat everything. I had one day earlier this week where I never felt full, even right after eating.

Got my exercising in today. I find I'm having the most trouble with the first cycle of strength and cardio - the combination of squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, and jump rope kick my butt. I haven't been able to make it all the way through yet. I'm hoping to be able to do that by the end of next week.

Eating was good today, although my menu is getting very predictable! Eggs, bacon, spaghetti squash, fresh fruit, and plain yogurt. We're going for sushi tomorrow for my daughter's birthday, so I'll be staying fairly healthy, although adding carbs.

This weekend is going by too fast, dammit!

Took my measurements, and I'm happy! Some of the changes were less than a quarter inch, so I'm going to wait another week to check and record, but I lost almost 1/2 inch on my waist in a week! 1/4 inch or less on hips and thighs, but I'm not complaining. My thighs and butt are still flabby, but I can feel the muscle firming up. 30DS is working really well for me.

1/2 inch off your waist in week! That's so great!!

I wasn't feeling that super this morning but I did do 30DS 1, and a little bit on the total gym. I just couldn't face NMTZ today.

Hey surarch

Wow..sounds like you are keeping busy! Yeah, eating clean is very important...I struggle w/that the most.

Spent the night @ the casino last night and ate fairly clean, but had a...(ahem)... few glasses of wine.

Got home about an hour ago and I'm trying to force myself to workout...I always work out in the a.m. so my body is not cooperating.

Hope everyone is doing good! ...and yeah, HF... hope you are feeling better girl.

Congratulations Acor

1/2 inch off of your waist is FANTASTIC....Jillian Michaels would be proud and so are we !

Way to stay diligent . The waist was the first place I dropped inches with 30DS...good for you, girlie !

I did Callanetics this morning and I haven't eaten much again today .
It is my hope to do some JM in the morning and eat a nice big breakfast.

I just don't have much of an appetite, but my stomach feels bloaty ...I will continue to press forward and I may have to make some changes in my routine. We shall see.

Keep up the hard work ladies !

Hang in there Mogget...we are always here for support !

What type of sports bra did you purchase? I need some new ones and since I haven't shopped for one in so long I have no idea which one's are good or should I say great!

Let us know how the 30DS goes for you tonight and remember to try and land softly when jumping...it helps to take some of the pressure off of the knees !!!

Tuesday's Workout

Okay Ladies...I did 2 levels of 30DS back-to-back , yes - 2 LEVELS...it was Levels 2 & 3

30 DS: 5/8
BFBM: 3/8
NMTZ: 2/8

It wasn't bad at all...I've done 2 levels before but I think this was the first time I have done levels 2 & 3. It is my hope to get in an hour of Callanetics tonight (maybe).

I find it so challenging to workout later in the day...it's just not for me! I have to workout first thing in the morning and it helps me to be energized for the remainder of the day !

~I Love Compliments~

My hubby has been giving me many compliments lately...when we hug every morning he is able to put his arms ALL the way around my waist ...he also said that my waist is disappearing and the hourglass figure looks beautiful (he said something about the shape of the older coca-cola bottles) , he can see a sexy cut in my arms , my butt is firming up (thanks Callanetics & 50 walking-twisting lunges a week) and he can see more definition in my calves, legs and thighs !

A colleague that hasn't seen me in a couple of months said I looked great...she asked me what I had been doing and I told her. She also said I had a six pack ...but I had a tank top on and I know I don't have a six pack ...but I think she was referring to those racer lines on the sides of the abs that appear before the six pack comes in ...so that's great news to me .

A lady that I go to church with said that I lost a lot of weight and she can see how my face and neck have slimmed down . She said I looked great and she rarely gives compliments...so I know she meant it .

I love compliments and how they motivate me to continue working hard. It assures me that my work is evident...and it's so wonderful when I receive a compliment, especially when I am feeling like I don't want to workout or I want to eat something I know I shouldn't .

Woo-Hoo....exercise is taking my body to another level and not only do I see it and feel it...so can the people around me !!!

I'll try and check in later...keep up the hard work ladies...!

It wasn't bad at all...I've done 2 levels before but I think this was the first time I have done levels 2 & 3. It is my hope to get in an hour of Callanetics tonight (maybe).

Wow! I don't think I could do 2 and 3 in a row like that! Way to go girl!!

I know what you mean about working out later in the day...I am an early riser/exerciser.

Awwww...that is so awesome your hubby is noticing and complimenting you!!! That must be a great feeling! Sounds like you are looking smokin' hot!

I didn't do Jillian today but I did turbo jam and total gym. I didn't work out yesterday so I felt a little lazy this a.m.

Tomorrow it's back on track...NMTZ for sure!
