Hopefully this will be my fourth day since I started Monday. There is a habit I would love to break, though - and that is doing my exercise around midnight! But even though I am deadtired I still manage to persuade myself to putting in my trainers and popping in the DVD.

My friend is doing P90X. She says it's pretty brutal.

Just wanted to say that those of you who think you can't like exercise, you can! 2+ years ago I hated exercise, now I can't seem to get enough of it. In fact, I tend to overdo it some days. I usually exercise 6 days a week right now. I personally love how it makes me feel, so I make it non-negotiable.

7/25 100 minutes on the mini-tramp (jogging)
7/26 55 minutes on the mini-tramp (jogging)
7/27 2.5 mile 1 hour hike on Cape Fear River Trail
7/28 55 minutes on the mini-tramp (jogging)
7/29 20 minutes on the mini-tramp (jogging) would've did more but too sore.. lol

I'm really working to make daily exercise a habit. I want to push myself to become a better and healthier me.

Ricci Doll - P90X is awesome but yes it's really hard. I have seen amazing results on it already!

Today I did P90X Yoga X (Power yoga that makes you sweat), I used my treadclimber for 30 mins, and then my Wii fit for 30 mins. I just got my Wii fit and its soooo fun!

I'm totally in! I just sold my elliptical and got a treadmill, since I got it I've been doing at least an hour every day. Can't wait to be "up and running" long distances again! Oh yeah, and getting buff hoping to get some heavier weights soon.

I would like to get heavier weights myself.. right now i have 3lb weights.. I'd like 5lbs and maybe 10lbs..
I wanna be tight and fit!

so may I ask, is there a reason you got rid of the eleptical machine and got a treadmill?
