Traditional aerobics classes.

Hi folks!

Does anyone know where I can find a traditional aerobics class like the ones that were popular back in the day in Ocean County, New Jersey? The class can include weight training. I don't care if the class is mostly populated by ladies. I'm not looking to pay alot and if I can do a class for free, even better, and I hate major gyms such as Bally's. I can't stand the loud noise and the attitudes of the people there and the odor.

It would be a great way to learn to be an exercise coach and to help me get in shape!
