Anyone doing Body Flex by Greer Childers?

Hi,

I am a devoted Callanetics fan, mini-trampoline fan, but recently have started adding the orginal Body Flex tape and Body Flex Plus to my regimen.

When I used to do the orginal Body Flex along with the other above mentioned plans, I was really beginning to look great.

Anyone out there still using her tapes that would like to join a challenge with me?

Hi Cate. How are you?

I had seen the Body Flex tapes, and I like 'em. I love Greer Childers! I think she is so adorable. LOL.

Sure I will join the challenge with you. I'd love to.

God bless you. Catch you later.

Warmly yours,
Chris

No, $ave your money! IMO, it doesn't work and it's junk! I bought it when it first came out and never in my life have I seen such a product.

Thanks, Chris, welcome to the challenge.

Kaimi2008, sorry you had such a bad experience with Greer's tape. Just goes to show every"body" responds differently doesn't it?

Years ago when I started using just her orginal tape, it worked for me I and I looked fantastic. I think the reason it worked is I used my abdominals with each and every move, the breathing got my heart rate up, thus the aerobic part of the tape.

Today, was body flex orginal tape, 18 minutes.

Hi. I don't know anything about Greer Childers so can't say I'm ready to join your challenge. But I see you are a fan of the mini trampoline. How do you workout with that? I bought one, and it came with a DVD that I'm not overly fond of. I'm looking for a way to incorporate this into my workouts - I generally switch off power walking and step aerobic workouts. Any help would be appreciated!

I used the BF Book when it first came out and just following the illustrations I went from a size 18 to a 12 in 90 days.

I have just started T-Tapp because the results are faster that with BF and take less time. It just seems more convenient.

Just a warning....if you stop BFing you will gain MORE fat because the muscle you built will equal much more fat if you don't keep it up.
