Your home gym.

Folks,

What equipment does your home gym consist of?

Mine has a treadmill, an assortment of hand weights (3 lb., 5 lb., 10 lb. and adjustable dumbbell pairs), a barbell, an aerobic step, an exercise/yoga mat, a resistance tube band, ankle weights, a jump rope, and an exercise stability ball.
Plus let's not forget the assortment of classic retro and new videos I got.

Let me know what you got if you'd like.

Later on dudes and dudettes!

Warmly yours,
Chris

At the moment only hand weights and an exercise mat. But I want to get some more stuff soon. I really like to workout, it's fun and I lose some weight. I have also two or three very funny videos from the 80s

Hey guys!

Those are all great things you got in your home gyms. I will have to get those things that I don't have very soon. And I will! Glad to see that you all are enjoying your home gyms!

Oh and guess what, I just got a training wheel for my gym as a new addition. The wheel is used for your core, shoulders, back, and arms. You roll it with your body up and down when you kneel down. Good workout huh?

Well you all take care.

Warmly yours,
Chris
