Can you weight train and do callanetics together?

I would love to be able to do upper body weights with my Jari Love DVD and instead of doing any lower body weights just do callenetics (Bar Method DVD or Squeeze) as I seem to bulk on my lovely pear shape Any thoughts? Would I have to rest the day after weight training or can I still do my callanetics?

When I began Callanetics, I strength trained UB, did Callan, and cardio. Those were my workouts. Worked great.

No, you don't have to rest a day in between.

Best of luck ... you got a good plan
