Anybody else starting Callanetics?
I've just started Callanetics... I just finished my 3rd hour today.
I took some pics before I started and I plan on taking more at 10 hours, 20 hours, and so on.... just to visually track my progress. Would any of you like to join me and post pics of your progress? I think it'd be super-motivating and interesting to see the benefits of all our hard work! Who wants to join me? |

That's great, many people have had great suceess with Callan (not me in particular, I prefer resistance training with weights--but to each their own!)
Just fyi-- there is a super-active Callanetics group on the "Exercise" Board. |

I'm going to try Callanetics, but I'm going to have to do it in stages right now, and build up to being able to do the whole tape. Argh!
What do you all use in place of a ballet bar? |

I have been doing Callanetics for about 5 months and I
it. I can already tell a difference in my body shape. I also do cardio 2-3 days a week too. I did the whole tape from the beginning I just didn't do as many reps the first few times. You can do it!! |
