Made it to my gym this morning for a Body Combat class. Didn't give it quite 100% was feeling my knees, always a weak spot for me. Nothing specific, but I look after them!

Hi, Ladies -

So far, no workout for me. Yesterday, I overslept from the hectic weekend in the City. Today, early report to work and same for tomorrow. Seems like Thursday will be my first walking on the TM day. I miss it when I can't get to it.

Holding steady with the 5 lbs. that I have lost. Got back into a couple of my suits and my skinny jeans already. Seems like I am losing only 1/2 to 1 lb a week - I'll take that. This menopause thing really slowed down my progress. I'll just keep at it anyway.

You ladies are really doing a fantastic job! Keep up the good work - can't wait to join you later this week! Will check in soon!

You forget that I am a retired person and have nothing better to do with my day than eat too much and struggle to burn it off! I am an orphan too so don't have the joy or worry of aged parents any longer.

This summer's cropped jeans are too tight. I have to get back on track with my food.

Kissa, feel better, lady . . . and, by the way, we will encourage each other on our weight loss journey! Lord knows, I NEED that . . .

Linda and Ladylove, WOOOHOOO!!!! Keep doing it!!!! I keep getting motivated constantly with all of you here on the board - no matter what our days are like - we are UNITED in our workouts!! When one falls, the others are there to pick someone up!!! I it!

Just needed to say that . . . it means a lot to me!

I did the upright bike and upper body weights yesterday and the upright bike and lower body weights today....

Having some trouble with my knees again...I think I may know the cause this time so I'm doing a little experiment to see if I'm right....if not, I have my next appt. on Tuesday so I'll be discussing it with the dr. It's very frustrating....

WOOO HOOOO!!!! This morning, I walked 60:05 mins, 3.37 miles, 632 cals.!! Haven't walked an hour in a while - I was so busy watching an interesting show on Discovery Channel - time just flew by. Since I did not walk earlier in the week, this makes me feel as I accomplished something.

Hope all is well - yesterday, no workout. This morning, I walked 40:01 mins, 2.33 miles, 409 cals. Got to get speed back up to 4.0, have been walking 3.5 to 3.7 miles - just taking it easy.

Lost a total of 6 lbs - taking forever - but it is what it is!

Took the weekend off, heading to the gym shortly for some bike time and upper body weights.

Knees are still a bit sore but not as bad as last week....I've got an appt. on Wed. with the knee dr. and I'll discuss it with him to see what I can do about it.

It's finally warm enough here to use the pool! So I did a half hour of my version of the breast stroke.....

I am officially part of the Biggest Loser challenge at the gym. I weighed in today and got the details for the next 8 weeks! I'm not in it for the prizes but for the accountability and the session with the trainer. If I am able to lose, I'll be thrilled!

Yesterday I did an aerobics class and today toning and step classes, back to back. Whew!
