I didn't do anything today....just didn't feel like it!

I did get word from the trainer at the gym that the boot camp class I signed up for starts on Oct. 6th and will be twice a week for 6 weeks. He said that I should be able to modify for my knee when needed...I hope so!

Need to push harder... think I'm going to bring out the Pilates tape this weekend.

Yesterday my sister and I walked 72 minutes to a restaurant and then 74 minutes back! 146 minutes total. I thought she was a little when she suggested it but it ended up being a blast!

Hi, TM Buddies - time is going by so fast . . . can't believe I haven't posted since last Thursday!!!! Siggie!

It's 3:30 in the morning and I am up . . .

Great job everyone!!! We're on the move!

Here's my posts -

Fri, 9/25 - 51 mins, 3.23 miles, 600 cals.
Sat, 9/26 - rest day (long day with mom - her dr's visit, my flu shot, shopping, etc.)
Sun, 9/27 - 32 mins, 2.01 miles, 374 cals.
Mon, 9/28 - 50 mins, 3.20 miles, 600 cals.

DH's back is out again - he's going to the doctor today. Since he's sleeping downstairs in the family room - I will play it by ear about doing my TM workout this morning. Don't want to wake him - he's having problems sleeping . . .

Okay, I am going to try and get more sleep myself. Will check in later!

Yesterday was cardio....cross trainer and bike at the gym.

Today was medium weights day and bike at the gym...it was a good workout. I bumped up the amount of weight for each exercise this week and now I'm using what used to be heavy weights for medium weights day....so Friday will be the new heavy weights for the first time....it's going to be a challenge!
