My feet are killing me!
My family and I went on a trip on Saturday and I decided to wear the wrong kind of shoes. I got blisters like crazy! Yesterday I took it slowly and didn't walk to much, to let my feet heal a little bit. Well, I just got back from a four mile walk, and I thought my feet could hang after a day off, but no way! My socks were all bloody and I can barely walk now, it hurts so much! What can I do in the form of cardio, while my feet heal a bit? I really want to do my daily walks, but with my feet like this, there is no way I can.

Barmherzige Goetter. Sorgen Sie um die Fuesse!!!
(Merciful Gods, take care of your feet!!! I overdid it with my feet last summer. I developed all sorts of problems which required surgery. while healing, it was difficult putting 1 foot in front of the other w/o pain, during which time i put all my weight back. Please go to a podiatrist and get professional help for your feet. Tell him that you are a walker. I am sure he will tell you the best shoes to get. (Your feet are carrying a young lady of mythical beauty. U owe them!!!) Alles gute!!! Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

Thank you ! I am just so miserable right now. I feel good from my walk, but I don't know if I'll be able to do it again tomorrow. My husband told me to wear my crocs when I do my next walk. Uh, don't know about that.
