Can We Talk Bootie

I know you can't change physics but what can help a flat bootie besides squats?

Any type of classes that you know of?

Pretty much any exercise that has you extend at the hips will involve the glutes. Deadlifts and their variations, lunges, hi step-ups, glute/ham raises, split squats. Many choices.

I just finished Slim in 6 and I too have/had the "white girl booty". Well, all the lunges, squats (sorry, they WORK) and kicks, plus floor work (leg lifts) have really built my rear. My mom noticed when I went to visit her. She was like "Where did THAT come from????" haha woooo finally have a booty~

Oh, one other thing... the only other time that I had a booty is when I used to run 3mi a day.

I got a booty after lots of walking on an incline. I never noticed it~ dh did. Now I've been doing dvd's for exercise more than waling on the steepest incline on the treadmill and I have a flat booty again! I better hit that incline!

I'm trying to get RID of this booty, haha. I mean, I don't want it to be completely flat, but I want it to be kind of shapely. I guess it is now, but I want it to be less shapely, and more toned.

im with Chris on that one.. squats, deads and variation of . Make sure you are using wt to challenge the muscle.

Incline walking is also great as well.
