I still haven't picked up a remote for my vcr/dvd and still can't get the dvd to work on my computer.

I'm glad to find this thread. I bought the DVD 2 weeks ago. I did it 4 times the first week and will be 4 days for this week on Saturday (doing yoga tomorrow)
I have the same question as mentioned above, are you doing this every day for 30 days? And an additional one How long do you do each level? Dh & I were talking about doing level 1 for feb, level 2 for march & level 3 for April. |

I finally picked up a remote control for my dvd/vcr, but won't know if it works (or if I will work) until my day off on Thursday. Happy Shreddin!

30 Day Shred
I picked this up a couple of days ago and have tried it once. It's too much for me right now. I will continue with my WATPs tapes until I can build up enough stamina to do 30 Day Shred. I'm looking forward to keeping up with Jillian though. LOL

I got this a couple weeks ago and just can't nudge myself to start, I would love to commit to it for 30 straight days I am leaving for a vacation in a few weeks.

I am leaving for CA on Monday 3/9, I can commit to starting tomorrow until then and then kick my butt back to it when I return on the 18th. I am staying with my brother in law and sister in law and going alone (no husband, no kids) so I don't really want to be in his way trying to do the video there, I figure I can job everyday there.
How does 2 1/2 weeks sound for you to keep me in line? Dee |

You're on level 2... I hope I can make it through level 1
I can do this for the time before I leave on my trip and then hopefully if I totally haven't lost my stamina maybe proceed with level 2 when I return. I really need to tighten up, I am so flabby, never been that way just in the past few years....jiggle...jiggle |

Good job Mel7!! It's a tough workout that's for sure! I did 10 miles on the bike this morning. So at least I'm moving!
