Callanetics Vs. Lotte Berk
Hello Everyone,
I am new to these boards (as a member) but have read several posts and viewed the callanetics before and after photos (you ladies look wonderful). I excercise 6 days a week (interval training on a treadmill and pilates) and have just added Lotte Berk and Bar method videos to the mix. I know that bar method and callanetics were both derived from lotte berk-- but is callanetics very different? I am also wondering if lotte berk and bar method are good places to start and then move on to callanetics. Thanks everybody for taking time to read my post! Aloha |

You don't need to do Lotte Berk or Bar before you do Callanetics. Just go straight into Callanetics.Last edited by planetbenjamin; 11-23-2008 at 03:49 AM.. |

The best are 10 years younger in 10 hours, or the Callanetics Evolution with Sandra Hanna.
