I had a wonderful 30-35 min run today! I caught my groove at about the 4 min mark and sprinted about every 5-6 mins there after...It was WONDERFUL!!!!!

No weights as I was off to a meeting with our DivorceCare group at church...I am excited to get back in to serving!

Happy Monday Ladies!!

Hello Kelly, I did HHA Rockin Body, "Rock it Out" today and it about killed me. Have you done this one, talk about a Total body workout, I was sweating like crazy and begging to put the weights down. I know I have done it before in early summer but I did not remember it being so intense - maybe I am just way out of shape.

Hey there I don't have the Rockin' Body DVDs - I may have to look into them though because I love my HHA TBB Burn and Cardio but I could step it up too.

Just got done with Cardio and feel great, worked up a nice sweat!

I really like his workouts. They seem to go by really fast because of the way be breaks things down. I always think I won't make it and then say one more part and before I know I've done the whole 45 minutes and feels so proud. I have more difficulty getting excited to do Turbo Jam and getting through, I think because of the repetition and some of the moves that I really don't like. I do like her resistence traning, Lower Body Jam, and Ab workout though.

I do like the Rockin Body workouts, there is less concentration on ABs although definitely still there and more on whole body. However, I have to say they really tried to go all out and it is cheesy, they are on a stage with an audience with all kinds of lights and such - a little over the top for me and not really necessary. But the workout themselves are great.

ok, thanks. Rode my recumbant bike 22.4 miles in 36 minutes. i am doing the interval training on my bike instead of the treadmill and it said i burned 800 calories. it seems like alot to me but i rode really fast and hard so maybe . . .

Went to curves to day and burned 408 calories in 1.5 hours.

also learned some core strengthing exercises to do on the exercise ball and have been doing those every day.

I am doing curves 3 times per week and other exercise on my off days. i am starting to really like it!

CRASHING THE PARTY AGAIN....

Alissa, I, like Kelley, love the Total Body Burn and the Fat Blasting Cardio on that series. He makes it fun, like PUSHING 40 mentioned, and it's a very cool sweat!

You guys have got it goin' on over here on this thread!

Good work....

I mostly alternate between the Total Body Burn and Cardio. The hips/buns workout is killer and I hate lunges but with Shaun T they aren't too bad!

Okay, managed to squeeze in the lower body pilates workout today, in my jeans no less. Kids went to the neighbors and I put off vacuming an mopping yet again to exercise. I tell you though Shaun T put a hurtin' on my yesterday with that workout. I rarely hurt after a workout anymore but my butt hurts today - that is good!

ok, my bike lied or . . . maybe i don't know how to run it properly! i did go 12 miles and burned 500 calories, not 800. oh well. i know how to work all the gadgets now. i rode bike again today for 30 minutes and 10 miles doing interval riding. it was hard on my legs so i should have done tae-bo or something different instead. i will know for next time.

sounds like everyone on here is on track with their own programs. kutgw!

I'm still waiting for mine to come, the callanetics that is. I can't wait to try it. I know what you mean about the computer. I always get on before I go to bed and my husband just shakes his head knowing it'll be awhile.! If we exercised 1/2 as much as we are on this board we would all be at goal

Ok. 35 minutes with Shaun T again today Rockin Body "Booty Shakin" I think thats what its called, a lot of lower body. Kelly I really think you'd like these they are sort of the next step which sounds like you are ready for since you have been doing his others for a while - me I should maybe go back to the originals for a while because these are killing me. Fun though, I really like the music in this one.

Hello All, Happy After Thanksgiving! I managed to do a whole hour with Shaun T. This morning, I have never done an hour of straight cardio before, so I surprised even myself . But I really needed it as I took full advantage of the Thanksgiving Day Cheat . My sister always hosts and she is a great cook, everything is always better when someone else does it. Anyway, the day after Thanksgiving Day is always the Day my family goes to our grandmothers who is 95 to rake leaves, so while I wanted to stay in bed badly, I got up early to get in my hour work-out in!! Now that is commitment! When Wendy says one hour first thing in the morning, than that it is, and I do feel better for it - tired but productive.

My son got me wii dance dance revolution hottest party II for my birthday. i have been playing with that a bit and there is a workout mode so you can keep dancing to songs until your burn off however many calories that you want to. it is a fun way to burn some calories. I did not go to curves on friday cause we went xmas shopping. Still trying to do some sort of exercise at home on the days i don't go to curves. it is working out pretty good for me. i hope everyone finds success with their exercise. it really helps when you actually like what you are doing!

I did the hour of cardio on Friday according to plan but no formal exercise Saturday or Sunday. Back on Track today

45 minutes of Shaun T "Rock it out" kind-of like total body burn

I have not posted on this thread for awhile.

I ran last night for week 9 day 2 of the C25K, and have one more day to go to graduation. I did not exercise on Thanksgiving Day or the day after but did do 35 minutes on the air stepper Sat and Sunday. Will do that again tonight.

You guys are exercise fanatics here. I don't know how you find the time.

I'm a lush lately...too much to do and not enough time at the present. I will get back as soon as possible. There is a lovely park with running/biking paths a few blocks from my new home. All I kept thinking was, I can't wait to go running there!

In the mean time, I'll live vicariously through you guys

Ohh!! Kel, I got the kiddies a 50" plasma ( yes really, it is for the kiddies ) for Christmas...could not resist my desire to replace my 20 year old 24" Zenith CRT TV!!! The 50" was cheaper than the 42"... go figure. I can't wait to do HHA with Shaun T on THAT screen!

Hey, everyone! I love reading this thread! It's very inspirational.

Kelley, what a great idea to start this support!

Maybe I should think of requesting membership...you guys are great.

It's gonna be warmer today, and I'm going to try to get in a run after work, before the cold front returns tomorrow. I miss the running on a more regular schedule, but I work it in whenever I can. Gonna have a few extra carbs today for good measure.
