Tonight I completed Callanetics 10 in 10
Thycke ~ is it weird that I don't feel the pain that everyone else feels after doing 10 in 10? I mean I feel some work but not pain like a few on the Callanetics challenge feel. This is the first workout where I actually feel different after I've done the workout. I ordered callanetics evolution and a few of the quickie ones.

Dont you hate bulkn up Its so aggravating but when I asked Sandra she told me Callanetics would be enough and in all honesty I really think it is. I actually think my muscles are more shapely and lean then before even though I still have some fat covering. Thats why Im trying to keep up my cardio as well. I really love the Firm to. I love how they mix upper and body toning all in one and i love the different moves in the videos. I might still do Cardio Overdrive but for some reason I am scared You should join our Callanetics thread. So much useful information and also the creator or host of Callantics Evolution has joined the forum and is giving us great information to intensify the workout when ready

No its not wierd at all. In the thread we were talking about this also and I am the same way. I feel it when I am doing the workout but not after. But on the other hand some people are sore the next day. So its not uncommon nor does it mean you are not getting a good workout. It does make you feel great doesnt it!!

Thycke Thank you for all your advice! I think i will join August's challenge for Callanetics. It is really an unexplainable workout and how it makes you feel!
Well tonight I did Cardio Overdrive from the Transfirmation Kit and I don't like it as much as Hi Def Sculpt. The music is ON POINT!!!!!!!! But I'm not a learn the steps type person....so i know I won't go to that one often. I also did one of the 10 minute workouts from the 10 minute solution Blast off belly fat. It was good! Can't wait for Callanetics tomorrow!

I've only done 3 hours of Callanetics (with my other workouts) and my boss said to me today (he's like a brother) are your thighs getting smaller? Looks like your butt is getting bigger!!!!!!! Now some would be offended, but I am one of those sisters that does not have a lot of junk in the trunk!!!!!!! So I was so happy to hear Callanetics is working on the backside that wanted to do backflips!!!!! Must be that peach Callan talks about! I think i've been converted to Callanetics with cardio on alternate days.....

Congrats See how quick the results come? They only get better and better. I like Hi Def Sculpt also. Its a great total body workout. That and cardio overdrive are my favorites!! I was thinking about it yesterday and I dont think this will bulk me up if I add at least Cardio Overdrive to my workout mix and maybe the 25min Hi Def Sculpt. I probably will only be doing it 1-2x a week anyways if that. Before I was doing all of them 5x a week. So I should be safe Cant wait to see you in the August Callanetics Challange. In August Im really going to step up my game and see if I can do 15 hours that month instead of 10. This month has been quite busy

You two are making me jealous! I want a higher rounder butt too. I've got Super Callanetics on VHS and I have yet to do it. I've had it for over a year I'm sure.

Super Callanetics is HARD. If I do Super C. I do nothing else that day!! Its a killer bout a great workout. You gotta be ready for it though

Hey Trace! Yea, I was reading on the Callanetics challenge by Twyla (whose got over like 300 hours of Callanetics) that you shouldn't start Super Callanetics until like 60 hours of 10 and 10 are completed or at least mastered! That's why I went out and bought Beginning callanetics, 10 and 10, quickie stomach and quickie hips and behind. The others haven't gotten here yet so I keep up with the 10 in 10 every other day now! It's hard but also relaxing and fulfilling at the same time can't explain it. It makes you want to do it.

Thycke like you I'm going to incorporate either the firm or walk away the waist by leslie sansone (ordered that to and it hasn't arrived) on my cardio days. I went to the Walk away the pounds challenge and they were raving about that one video by leslie so I said I should try it too! You sound like you are doing so well!
