Very cool!

The newest iballet was Fantastic & reminded me alot of SC.

Maria,

Another Pure Barre fan. I mixing it up with SC. I also plan to get the new iballet. I have heard it is a good one (all floor work).

Another hour of 10 in 10 completed.

Dreamchaser- I didn't really have any unpleasant changes since starting. My waist has come in, my arms are toning, my behind has lifted and my saddlebags are starting to go away, especially on the back of my legs. My hips have always been big and I've noticed a little reduction there, but hopefully with time it will improve even more. My belly got a little poochier in the beginning (it was already poochy at my weight before I started Callanetics ) but it's going down again. I have 23 hours completed. Hopefully soon I will be posting a few progress photos. I say go for it!

Hi Dreamchaser - I can really see some changes so far. Started in April, I think... I'm down 2 pants sizes but still have quite a bit of weight to lose so it may not be as obvious to others. Callanetics has really helped my strength and flexibility. There's definitely some "pulling in" of my obliques. I love the way I feel and I can see myself staying with Callanetics for a long time to come.

Hope that helps...

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!

I always thought I worked one hip better in the waist stretch/stretches etc but I never really paid attention to that, assuming one side was merely stronger than the other. But I just looked in the mirror and pinched my hips...I can't even PINCH one hip!! I can't believe it my stomach is all poochy/bloated looking but my legs are smoother and clearly, hips are starting to work. I am stoked

Dreamchaser - I've done 11 hours of 10/10. I noticed that my waist was nipping in after only a couple hours. I am down one dress size so far. This morning I took measurements, and I'm down 2 inches in the waist, 2 inches in the abs, 1 inch in the hips. My arms are looking leaner and more defined. No inches lost yet in the thighs...I definitely have seen a little more bumpiness in the upper thighs and rear, but that's going away now. I FEEL fantastic, I'm standing taller, and I'm really excited about the changes in my figure. I, too, say go for it!!!

That's for an hour of 10/10. I keep meaning to measure how many you burn during Super Callanetics and CallaneticsEvolution. I'll try and do it this weekend.

It really compliments SC. My only problem now is trying to get all 3 in during the week w/ some cardio too. To much pressure.

I wonder what the deal is with callanetics causing cellulite to be worse for a period of time before it gets better? I guess it has to do with fat being shifted around before it disappears for good. And I wonder why it doesn't occur with other types of exercising? Or maybe it does and I'm just not aware of it.

Congratulations on your improvements and inch losses. That IS very exciting!! And thanks for telling me about it!

2nd hour of 10 in 10 completed this morning.

Anyone else have trouble with the hip exercises where you sit on the floor, hold the bar, turn the hip forward and raise the leg off the ground? I have trouble even getting it off the ground; I have to lean WAY over!
