~*~*~*T-Tappers - JUNE is here and we're ready!

Tapp is a series of copyrighted, sequential movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment. Its special sequence of comprehensive, compound muscle movement helps establish better alignment as well as increased strength and flexibility of the spine, better neuro-kinetic flow, lymphatic function, and increased metabolic rate. Its physical therapy approach to fitness makes it safe for those with shoulder, hip, knee, neck, and back concerns. Yet, it delivers a challenging workout for all fitness levels!

T-Tapp's preventative wellness workouts deliver results inside and out. Instead of just focusing on burning calories and fat to lose weight, T-Tapp concentrates on helping the body rebuild digestion, assimilation, elimination, in addition to improving lymphatic function and neuro-kinetic flow. Increased energy, mental clarity and overall health immediately improve as your body tightens and tones. Faster inch loss occurs because muscles develop like girdles so they can uplift and cinch in target areas of concern. That's because T-Tapp develops long, lean muscle fibers with strength and flexibility for greater muscle density instead of muscle bulk. In fact, T-Tapp can redesign bulky muscles into lean, dense tissue! Best of all, this type of muscle development helps support the spine and joints in a rehabilitative way. Many injuries occur due to muscle imbalance, but with T-Tapp muscles are always built with strength and flexibility. It just happens that this type of muscle development also increases metabolic processing for higher burning of calories and fat even when not working out! Last of all, T-Tapp is a left-right brain, mind-body workout. Most have heard the phrase "if you don't use it, you lose it" but with T-Tapp it's never too late to rebuild fitness and health. Come discover "Yes You Can" with T-Tapp and FEEL the difference while you try some sample movements for free.

More Than A Workout!
T-Tapp...
Is done without weights, equipment, or jumping!
Is very rehabilitative, especially for the lower back and knees. The movements look so simple, but they provide a workout like no other.
Works all layers of the muscle at both attachments to develop muscle density instead of muscle bulk.
Is more than a mind/body workout! T-Tapp is a left/right brain, mind/body workout.
Is where less becomes MORE! Instead of working long and hard, discover how quality of movement can be more important than quantity!

We had a picnic today, and also weeded the garden. DD has swollen eyes and feels icky. I think we all need to take 15 min. to clean up messies in our rooms.

Morning Ladies!!

Measured this morning. An additional 1 3/4 inches gone. I lost 1/2 each above my bust, on my waist, hips and upper thighs. It showed a 1/4" gain on abdomen, but that could just be a mismeasurement last time or this time. I am very pleased. Just looks like the inch loss is finally getting to the core. We are fine tuning!! That's it for bootcamps for me for some time. It's time for the continued slow losing and toning. But I LOVE my Ladybug Standing.

Didn't sleep well last night. Never ran out of things to think about-wedding, work etc. And I have a house I'm fitting in after supper tonight. I will sleep great tonight.

Have a great Weds,
Bev

/also confused...

Bev! Way to go! That's great inch loss. I hate sleepless nights like that. I still have them every so often when I have alot going on.

This morning, I got myself up and ready, had breakfast. I got my son off to school and then had to get my SD up and ready. Wouldn't ya know it, we lost power. So, I get SD up and dressed and out the door we head to Dunkin Donuts to get her breakfast (we couldn't heat up oatmeal or make toast and had no cereal). We have breakfast, bring her to school. No power at the school either, but we had 20 minutes before school started. Finally, just before the bell rings, their power goes on.

Can I go home now?

Hey Cheryl. Bummer on the morning. I say you should pack it in. LOL
It's raining here, very humid ( duh!) and it's supposed to be hot and humid for the weekend. What the crap is that?

I crashed last night. Nasty headache. Starting to feel a bit better now.

Bev- congrats. You are all that!

Hey everyone

Great job Bev!!!! Your bootcamp really paid off! I really need to stick to one for at least 6 days - grrrrrr! It's yucky and rainy and humid here too. My DS has a baseball game tonight but it's sure to be cancelled. And of course the B-I-G hockey game tonight! I tried to get tickets but they are OUTRAGEOUS! I tried ticket exchange and ebay. There were 3 tickets on ebay with 7 bids and currently they were at $4,990.00 Holy SH*T! That would pay for 10 days at the beach for me and my family. People are downright insane!!! I'll happily watch it on my big-screen with the kiddos.
Anyway, tonight will be BWO+, OIP, and HF's.

And then........Da Da Da Da, It's a hockey night in Pittsburgh! GO PENS !

Way to go, Bev! I haven't measured in a while, I will next week to see what a consistant month has given me. Today I did More, added more balance and TTN then followed with the More Broom.

Hey y'all.

I'm having a bumper day. I had a great workout with Michelle and I came home to find out I was a winner for the May 20th drawing. How cool is that? Now I have to do a little bit of studying for school and then I will call it a night.

/lightbulb! Pens = Penguins (I actually 'got it' last night, but wasn't about to get outta bed and log on at 11pm, although I have been known to do crazy things like that and NO alcohol has been involved )

Denise, replying to your post from the May thread. Keep pushing, you'll win that suit! I'm glad the water company is being made to pay for what it did. Sheesh. I'm not sure whether to say congrats or sorry about the 3 pounds. Where I'm at, I'll take a 3 pound loss ANY way I can get it...lol

Allie, I tell ya, it was a heckuva day, but it ended well. We're gonna have that same hot, sticky weather this weekend too and my son has a soccer game on Saturday. Gonna bring tons of water. I bet the heat had something to do with your headache. It always gets me. :kicking WOOT! Congrats on the win, whatcha gonna order?

Amanda, if you were consistent, I bet you will see losses. Let us know!

Debby, enjoy the last leg of your trip! Can't pick up many souvenirs on a bike, huh...LOL

Gracie, you ain't kidding! That is a CRAZY amount to pay for tickets (but if they were tickets to the Safety Harbor retreat and I could afford.... yep, you guessed it!)

I did LB Combo last night and I followed a trainer in training's advice and did the LB Standing part WITHOUT the DVD and OH MY! I slowed it way down and I really enjoyed being able to do each move with full control, like a clinic. I did LB Floor with the DVD because I don't have that one memorized and I don't have trouble keeping up. I think I'm going to do that more often.

Mich, it didn't take me 3 hours, like I thought it would...LOL I took a nice bath after too, sans wine. When I work out, the last thing my body wants is carp in it, so I stuck with water. Slept like a baby!

My SD's 4th grade graduation is tonight. Gonna try to sneak in LB BWO+ after that if I have the energy. I'll do it again without the DVD (past plies though, I need the dvd to remind me of the sequence)

Happy Thursday everyone!!!

Michelle/Allie: WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! And that's all I have to say about that.

Last night I did OIP, HF, and BWO+. Towards the end I actually felt nauseous so hopefully I was movin' the crap out Tonight will hopefully be the same. It's raining here, had a nice thunderstorm this morning about 6:00 am. I swear it's rained about 90% of the days here the last month. Come on summer, where are you?

Good Luck to y'all in the contest, hope you win!

p.s. Allie: I got an e-mail saying that I won a SATI dvd and some supplement, is that what you got? I already have SATI so I probably won't pay the shipping for another one.

Gracie....I got the grand prize. I'm lucky this week. I got a choice of a freebie and the chance to buy 2 others at 50% off

Cheryl....I was messing around and I thought you were with me being you are from a Bruins kind of town. Since I don't watch hockey, I thought I would pull some chains.

Gracie..the storm was a trip. The lights went out and stayed out and that never happens in my area. I had water filling up the back yard and then following the slope down the driveway into the street. I let my kids skip the last day of school since it was still going on at bus time and I brought my blow dryer to work for my hair. What a morning!

Allie, WTG on the win. A free and two for 50%. Wow!! How lucky can you get?! Watcha gonna' get?? Huh, huh?? You got power yet?

We had an interesting night. Second one in a row with major thunderstorms with lots of lightning. And our days are hot and steamy. Sweat buckets when I clean and tapp.

Good luck, Denise, with all your efforts. Surely someone will see that you guys are in the right.

This afternoon I got in the Broom-More Warmup and Second workout. Feels good-or it will when I shower.

Cheryl, wow LB BWO+ way slow. Hmmmmmmmm. Sounds interesting.

Amanda, keep it up. You are doing great. I don't measure very often- just after bootcamps. Otherwise I get discouraged.

Debbie, have a safe trip home and let us know when you get there.

Thanks everybody for the encouraging words.

Bev

Hey y'all.
I changed it up for Thursday evening and did 10 mins of rowing and 45 mins on the elliptical trainer. since the humidity really kicked in, I was sweating buckets....and we are running the A/C. It's supposed to be horrid today. What happened to easing into the warmer weather? It was honking cold last week and freaking hot this week. Oy!/end rant/

TGIF anyway!

*snort Hockey? I can barely spell hockey...lol I gotcha now. Wonder just WHO you were thinking of?

Gracie, I hear ya, raining here too and we're gonna get 90's all weekend. /melt I got the same email about SATI and the spray. I resisted since I already have SATI.

No workout for me last night. It was SD's graduation. I still feel yucky since yesterday. I wonder if it was the tapping with such concentration? Could that cause a sore throat too?

Gonna try for LB Floor tonight. Gotta take my kitteh to the vet this afternoon too.

Yippee - It's Friday! I am so happy the weekend is here. Today is my DS's 9th birthday. My younger sister is taking him and my DD to see "Kung-Fu Panda" this morning. Then tonight we're going to take him to dinner anywhere he wants to go. He usually picks Red Lobster because he loves, loves, loves crab legs. He did mention Dave & Busters but I'm hoping he forgets! That place will end up costing me a small fortune. Then tomorrow my DD has a b-day party at 11:30 am and my DS has a baseball game at noon. THEN, we have a wedding that starts at 4 o'clock. So, tomorrow is totally booked. Hopefully Sunday we can rest but I do think DD has a tee-ball game.

When I woke up this morning my back was killing me. I think it's from doing BWO+ and really concentrating on it. It's feels like a pulled muscle, right in the center of my back on the left side. So I did PBS and it feels a little better. When I get home I may take a muscle relaxer since I have some left from when I had a herniated disk. That should do the trick!

Bev: Hot and humid here too. What happened to spring? We go from cold and rainy to 95* and humid. I wouldn't be shocked if it snowed next week!

Allie: We're burnin' up here. I caved yesterday and put on my A/C. I'm not complaining, just happy it's not raining.

Cheryl: Ever since I did the BWO+ real slow I haven't felt great either. Who knows, maybe we're getting all the impurities out.

Amanda: I try not to measure alot either, I like to go by how my clothes fit.

Debby: Have fun and stay safe on your journey!

Denise: Hope everything works out for you, it can be very FRUSTRATING!~

DAWN! Hope you're still tapping!

hello all...

just wanted to ask, which dvd or set of moves did you start with when you first began T-Tapps? the sheer amount of dvds look daunting to me. I don't want to go buy $150 worth of stuff and then have it not work.

as well, did any of you achieve the "2 dress sizes in 4 weeks" loss as advertised on the website?

Traditional entry into T-Tapp is the Total Workout ($79.95) If you purchase the Fit and Fab book also you will get an instant 30% Discount. If you have health issues, more weight to lose, past injuries or low level of fitness, I would recommend the MORE workout. Losing 2 dress sizes would depend if you have 2 sizes to lose. I went into T-Tapp for reasons unrelated to size loss as T-Tapp is WAY more than that. But there are many who have had incredible results using T-Tapp and one just reported losing 100 Pounds this past year.

Good grief it is hot here! There is never a transition phase for us, one day snowing, next BAMMMM 90 degrees~! Well just enjoy the day no matter what!

The total workout is on sale right now with free shipping.
So I like the idea of the way the clothes fit, but they fit the same. sigh. Today I did PBS, OIP/HF, AL, sraddles, LB, PT, DD, then got up and did balance and TTN. I felt good.

I have a Q for Michelle. I can't seem to get my shoulders square on TTT unless I don't go very far, but I have the lower body in cement so to speak, any tips. When I twist to the side my lower body stays front and I can twist all the way to the side wall, just when bending the shoulder will not go square.

Michelle: question for you....My back is really hurting, I think I pulled a muscle. I'm thinking TTT was the culprit. I really focused on keeping my lower body like I was in concrete and was really twisting. I think I twisted myself too far and my back isn't used to it. What should I do? Should I try to do BWO+ again tonight or just relax with a hot bath?

Hi Amanda, use the arm from the side you are bending to pull the other shoulder down, but keep the shoulder blades together. Do not release the back insertions. and don't try to reach lower than you should.

Gracie, PBS frequently today and tomorrow, but omit the flat back part (Do it ala MORE) start with hands on knees and inhale/tuck then exhale/scoop. Keep the tummy in tight throughout and do it very slowly and controlled. A salt water bath would help also. Hard to say what you did without seeing your form. Could have been to aggressive, could have dropped your elbow or could have forfeited your butt tuck. Keep me posted on how you feel.

I would also recommend concentrating on controlling the movement, activating your muscles and go slowly. Allie can verify this
