CALLANETICS CHALLENGE JUNE 2008

CALLANETICS

Do you want to reshape your body?

Callanetics will firm, tone, smooth, tighten, strengthen,
lengthen, and lift like never before!

Callanetics is a series of small, gentle, precise motions synergistically and consistently applied, that activate the body's largest most powerful muscles to quickly tighten hips, buttocks, inner and outer thighs; flatten the tummy; lift the bust and firm underarms and tone the entire body. It will also dramatically improve your posture and balance. You will feel and see a difference after only one or two hours. Callanetics is like magic!

THERAPEUTIC RELIEF: Callanetics is as therapeutic as it is effective. You will sleep better, relieve stress, and minor aches and pains you may be used to experiencing regularly will suddenly disappear. Many sufferers of fibromyalgia, knee and back pain, and even carpal tunnel, have experienced dramatic relief from this program.

INCREASED FLEXIBILILTY AND ENDURANCE: Because Callanetics works the muscles of our bodies deeply, you can expect to dramatically improve muscle flexibility and endurance, making aerobic and cardio exercise easier as well.

FAQ’S: Callanetics : Frequently Asked Questions

(For Before/After Pics, See Separate Thread, "Before/After Callanetics Pics")

Hope you join us on the June Challenge!

Starting this tomorrow.
Well everyone's results will differ, I am speaking from my personal results of Callanetics and Atkins for diet

1. cellulite is completely gone from my outter thighs and hips!
2.I can see abdominal muscles
3.Hip bones are showing
4.my thighs no longer touch, I have a space between them!
5.on the tape Callan(the teacher) mentions the place a womans legs should touch and mine are right where they should be thanks to Callanetics.
6.when I sit indian style my hips and thighs do not bulge out they are "cut" and defined and pulled in tightly to my body instead of
"blobbing" out
7.my tricep jiggle is gone my arms dont jiggle when I wave or comb my hair.
8.my knee fat has firmed up
9.my pregnancy pooch, that I was CERTAIN I would need a tummy tuck to get rid of, is almost completely flat now it went from 41 1/4 inches to 36inches in 16 hours of work (combined with diet of course)
10.My posture is improved
11.my flexibility is improved
12.my sex drive is improved
13.my confidence has skyrocketed
14.I went from a size 15 to a loose 9 (actually going shopping for smaller jeans today) and I just bought the 9's 2 1/2 weeks ago!
15.this exercise program does exactly what I want for reshaping my body ex
instead of minimizing my butt it is firming and lifting it, my thighs are slimming down and not bulking same with hips and knees, my arms are toned but not muscular looking I love a long lean feminine look and that is what Callan does for me.

here are my starting stats and 26th hour stats

chest~39 now 35 1/2
hips~42 1/2 now 39
thighs~24 1/2 now 23
waist~41 1/4 now 36

I actually love my body I will always have my curves (child bearing hips) but thanks to Callan they are smaller and tighter but not bulky!

get the tapes and try it for yourself

someone else chime in and say what progress you see or feel.

"Beginning Callanetics" and "CallaneticsEvolution" are great for beginners. Then go onto "10 Years Younger in 10 Hours".

Hey there & !
Cardio Callanetics is quite effective, it slower then regular cardio program but don't be fooled by that! It works & works fast! Its 30 mins of Cardio Callanetics and 30 mins of Callanetics stretching(optional) afterward.

Hey, everybody!

I want to clear this up before I mislead everyone.

The second post to this thread was an archived post, originally posted in December of 2005 by Melissa, aka, Wannabeslim4life, who was my inspiration for Callanetics way back when.

After seeing her results (pics) in her before/afters of her thighs, I KNEW this was the workout for me.

The rest is history.

That post is from Melissa, in reponse to another poster inquiring at the time of what kind of results to expect with Callanetics.

I am forever grateful for Melissa's inspiration and impact on my own fitness journey.

Thank you, Melissa, wherever you may be.

I'm in everyone.

Sorry I haven't been posting lately. I've been keeping up with the thread but have been trying to figure out how to incorporate Callanetics, Upper Body workouts and Cardio into my life. I really can't seem to find the time to do it all so it's a little frustrating. I feel that I need all three to look my best.
