I'm in. Even though I am not losing a ton of inches, I can tell that my muscles are getting stronger and I am more flexible. Also, I actually enjoy doing it and I hate exercise!

12 hrs in June

Hi,

I plan on 12 hrs of Callanetics in June.
I completed 1 hr of 10/10 & SC combo yesterday.

What I like about this type of exercise compared to weights is that I don't feel drained after Callanetics, I always feel good after, better than before I did my workout. I do feel challenged during the workout but no exhaustion after. I am seeing some positive changes in my lower body too, which has been very stubborn to change. So glad I tried Callanetics.

I'm in for 12 hours in June. I have completed five and while I have lost no inches, I feel like I am tightening up and I am also noticing everything, thights, knees, bum and boob, shifting upward! Callenetics trumps gravity!

Hey everyone! I'm new to this board but have read the callanetics thread for a while. You're all a great motivation to me at the moment so well done!
One question:

I'm new to callanetics, and have done 7 hours so far, but don't see any results, even though i feel them. Also my waist looks much poochier, even though i know it's just the way the muscles pull in at first. But I was wondering how long does it take for the waist to flatten?
Thanks a lot!

Well, I'm in for sure! I'm just going to continue to do 10 in 10 or Evolution a few times a week, and start to work in Supercallanetics if I'm ready.

One hour 10 in 10 done today.

I am having fabulous results with Callanetics (27 hours) and running.... maybe TOO good...

My trouble spot was always the abdomen. I am getting great results, it is almost flat and I'm seeing definition. What's suprising is how much my butt and hips have shrunk! I never thought I had a large rear end, it seemed like a nice size and had a cute shape... but now all of my pants are baggy, my undies are too big, and my butt seems to be deflating!

It was such a thrill to purchase a very expensive pair of jeans in a size 25, don't get me wrong! But now I'm thinking that I need to start doing squats and lunges with weights again to put some shape into the backside.

Anyone else experience this?

I'm in as well. I can't remember the last time I was faithful to Callanetics.

Anyway, I just completed a portion of Evolutions. I just received the DVD and was anxious to try it. WOW! It's so different, and I'm having a hard time with the pelvic floor and keeping it engaged. Anyone else used to Evolutions yet, and would you recommend I alternate it between regular 10 in 10?

I want to be in, but have no idea what this is! How crazy am I?? But sounds great, so, I am reading and reading trying to figure out where to get the dvd, tape, or whatever. I feel so fat, and, I don't look in very good shape like the rest of you. Is anyone on this thread overweight, or is this just for the people who are where they want their weight to be? I have not exercised for so long, and feel terrible. Trying to get into lc and whatever i can do to help my body. Any suggestions?

Hi all!
I needed a new challenge to motivate me, and you guys are really inspiring!!!
Can I join in?
I did some callanetics in the past, and have just found my 10 in 10 book again, so I'm dusting it off and will try for 13 hours for this month...
